how does it feel for a person from a hot climate country to emigrate to a cold climate country

honestly i might be the odd one out but i prefer it here waaay more. i have always hated summer in italy and hid inside my house and the sun was torture so moving to finland where the sun rays are more oblique and feel less like rays of torture and there is no humidity has been heaven. like in italy even in the shadows ur gonna sweat and die. in finland even when it’s hot (and it Never gets as hot as italy anyway) if you hide in the shadows ur not gonna pass out. and this perk of having Dry Air is great for the winter months too bc -20°C (-4°F) somehow feel waay less cold than 5°C (41°F) where i grew up. only two downsides are 1. the lack of vitamin D i get every winter that leads me to feel like crap till the sun is back (even tho i take supplements) and 2. dry air = static electricity galore (especially in the winter). but yeah love cold climate countries im never living in a hot humid country ever again 👍🏻
