pikmin is such an on and off hyperfixation for me. first I see that one 9 minute pikmin recap and get hyperfixated for a while then it dies out. then pikmin 4 releases and I get hyperfixated again before it dies out again. then I actually start playing pikmin 4 and the cycle repeats
