Eiji/Ankh [Kamen Rider OOO] Toxic yaoi!!!! THEY GET LEGLOCKED AND WET ON THE BEACH FOR 10 MINUTES. If you're interested in tokusatsu(japanese live action[think godzilla]) kamen rider OOO is very good. It's pretty episodic but the characters are good.

Jokes aside, I've been enjoying The Fantasie of a Stepmother recently, the art is really good and the story is told really well.

For like actual books I enjoyed The Goodbye Cat by Hiro Arikawa its a collection of short stories about the relationship between cats and their owners and Its been pretty enjoyable.

Currently Eating: Idk what to call it its noodles with leftover stirfry, its a noodle bowl you make when you're lazy.

Currently Craving: nothing really, there's always food I can go for though, like curry or Chinese beef noodle soup or fried rice. My tastes are pretty simple

Automatic overhead doors are rampant in all residences and commercial buildings.

After all, it has security features to safeguard your property.

While this is convenient, what would you do if there’s a power outage?

If you don’t know much about your automatic overhead door, this scenario can be problematic.

The first thing you do is to call for a garage door repair company near you.

But, don’t you know you can open it manually whether you are inside or outside?

If you probably don’t know, automatic garages have an emergency release kit that allows you to open the overhead door manually.

That’s why before you prepare yourself for another power outage, read this guide on how to open the garage door manually.

It’s relatively easy, and all you need to do is follow the steps whether you’re inside or outside the garage.

Manually Opening the Garage Door From the Inside

If you happen to be inside your garage during the power outage, consider these steps on how to open the garage door manually:

Make sure the locks or latches located near the outside of the overhead door are open. This ensures that these components won’t interfere with opening the door.

Next is to unplug the opener. Disconnect the opener from the power source.

All automatic garage doors have an emergency release cord. To locate it, a red handle can be seen hanging from the center rail of the track. The red cord is attached to the trolley. The trolley connects the garage door’s arm to the center of the track. Also, an Emergency release handle should be used when the overhead door is closed.

Pull the emergency release cord. The cord should detach the garage door from the trolley. This allows you to open the garage door manually.

Then, you can lift the garage door. You have to keep the garage door in place before releasing it and successfully back your car out of the garage.

Once you’re outside, close the door. Make sure to lock it if you have a lock bar. After you have successfully opened the garage door, make sure to lock the door.

The manual lock keeps your garage door and other belongings safe, especially during a power outage.

Manually Opening the Garage Door From the Outside

On the other hand, if you are outside when the power outage happened, you can follow these steps:

Find the emergency release kit located at the top of your garage door. You should also search for the small lock where the emergency release cable is stored. But make sure you have a key to unlock it.

Then, unlock the emergency release cord. This cord allows you to open the garage door from the outside manually.

Pull down the emergency release cord. Then, unlock the garage door and turn the handle to keep it vertical.

You can already manually lift the door. Make sure it stays open when you’re parking your car inside.

Lastly, you can close the door all the way once you’re inside the garage.

Once you have successfully used the emergency release cord, you have to check if you can use your automatic opener again.

To do this, you can check this video to reengage your garage door opener.

TIPS AND REMINDERS

To ensure that you open the door successfully, lubricate your rollers and chain for lesser friction.

In this way, it will allow for quiet and smooth operation, and you won’t face any problems during the manual process.

Lastly, never pull the emergency cord if the garage door is in an open position.

Arknights: A1 Operations Preparation Detachment Chapter 10 Release!

Woah! The series is finally completed! I managed to actually typeset within that 1-2 month time frame I set myself! But thanks for sticking with me on this journey that took like 2-3 years.

I thank you all for giving your patience to this inexperienced, unmotivated, undisciplined translator with 0 typesetting skills.

As for the extra chapters I'll try to translate them, but since the old group actually is working on translating stuff, Idk if I'll be first. (haha)

If they do do it before I do, please check them out on mangadex, I'll still do them for practice sake, but for better quality just check them out.

After that I'm planning on doing the Rhodes Island wandering division next, and after that IDK.

A lot of the new stuff is translated already so if you have a recommendation, just send me a DM I guess, I probably won't respond but I'll try to at least look at it.

I got done with this one a lot sooner than I expected. I thought that I would be burnt out by the end but it ended up being a nice break from all the other stuff going on in my life.

Sorry if there's a dip in quality, I didn't have anyone else look over it again this time, and since I'm not an artist I didn't bother redrawing most of the sound effects in the panels. Sorry if it looks bad this was the best to my abilities.

Ch9 updates

CH9 has been completely translated now! Now all that's left is the typesetting.

I might as well as use this as an opportunity to talk about the current gacha drama with melanin since I do have opinions. First of all THIS IS NOT A DEFENSE OF THE DESIGN DECISIONS . I will stand by the fact that these are just very unfortunate design decisions that ultimately just hurt the overall quality of them. Also racist

I just want to say that despite it getting better in the recent years, racism esp towards darker skin tones is still very much a thing in china. China is still really really conservative. Even though racism is being called out more, it wouldn't erase the decades long beauty standard (since like the han dynasty) where having paler skin was seen as being more well off.

I guess this ramble is just me wanting to say Is that the trend of these games having characters with pale ass skin probably isn't a conscious one, its still ultimately racist but its more due to super super long standing beauty standards in a place where obeying your parents(probably racist mine are ) is the norm. Though seeing the trends of it being called at more in china I do have hope that these biases can be overturned.

I am not saying that they are excused people should be called out for bad decisions I guess it’s more context why this keeps on happening and my person opinion that this probably won’t get resolved any time soon since these are decisions made under a probably subconscious design bias

Wow it's been a while since I posted about this. Sorry for the long wait, life stuff like getting sick happened to me and my Beta reader. We thank you for all your patience.

But WOW CH7 of the A1 manhua is now done! I am not an artist or comic creator, so my beta reader had to kinda sit me through making it look better, but since they've been really busy lately, I had to try to figure it out mostly by myself, so uh if something looks weird I'm sorry. CH8 starts when I have time

An Update for CH9

Hey, sorry for the sudden post. I just felt like I should just update everyone since I haven't posted or said anything for a while.

I'm still working on ch9's translation bit by bit, although its often like a paragraph a week. I just don't have the time or energy to work on it as much due to things like school and job hunting. Hopefully there will be a point when I can spend a significant amount of time to work on ch9, but I don't know when.

If the series by some miracle gets professionally translated I might stop anyways lol, though with how semi-unpopular it is I can't really see it unless we get an A-1 event.

TLDR : ch9 is long and wordy and I'm busier than last year so its progressing at a much slower rate, and I'm sorry that I need you guys to just wait for an indefinite period of time.
