NCCU 2023 Forty Under Forty Honoree Aaron Daye

I am deeply humbled to have been selected for the prestigious 40 Under 40 award by my beloved alma mater, North Carolina Central University. I feel so blessed to be acknowledged among such an inspiring group of my fellow honorees who are the embodiment of ‘The Eagle Promise’ and have carried out the University’s mission of “Truth and Service” both personally and professionally since leaving the Nest.

UF Top Ten Talks!

As the University of Florida's first Black staff photographer, I was able to give insight and a behind-the-scenes view into my nearly 20-year career as a photographer and multimedia specialist as part of the University of Florida Advancement's Top Ten Talks. My talk was titled, "Through the Lens".

Inspired by TED Talks, Top Ten Talks is a platform for employees to give a short, carefully crafted talk or presentation to inspire staff around new ideas, key initiatives, and advanced processes in fundraising. This highly interactive session creates an opportunity to hear from different team members on emerging trends, ideas, strategies, and thought leaders in fundraising to cultivate an environment of success.
