#advent dice

Got a really nice d12 today yesterday. It's a translucent red with gold inks and its vry oretty

Might buy the set if I see it.

So, my wife got me a dice advent calendar. I don't know where she found it, but it has some rather... unique dice in it.

So far we have:

A d20, with pentagonal and hexagonal side, numbered randomly from 0 to 84).

A d13 and d17, each with one side that can never be rolled.

A d21, with faces varying wildly in shape.

A d6, almost normal except the faces are numbered wrong (numbered 1-6, but opposite sides don't add to 7).

A d12, numbered 0 to 9 with some repeats.

A d14, shaped like a cube with the corners cut off. This one would almost work as a critical damage die - the large faces could be numbered 1-6 for normal damage, and the small triangular faces could have higher numbers for critical damage. Pity it's numbered with random numbers ranging from 0 to 57.

Nat 20! They shimmer wonderfully in the light.

This is something of a showpiece, metal die with candles for pips. Big fan of this, even as a d4.

Day 3 friend is very very pretty!!!

The nat 1 side is more yellow and the whole dice has gold leaf in it. I'm hoping this is part of the sharp edge set, meaning that I'll get a whole set like this. That or it's 2/3 of the random resin dice

Day 3, and it's the d20 from the special set. Maybe the whole set will be finished early this year, leaving only the random dice.

see, I don't need to spend $45 on a lego spiderman advent calendar, but the box shows a tiny lego venom with a hot dog cart, and like how am I supposed to resist that?

Every 24th so far it's been a complete set.

Personally, I'm quite partial to mini dice. I just think they're cute.
