I close my eyes and let go of the oars The current knows more than I do There is only ease, only breath Only this moment — soft and new

"Nothing is more important than that I feel good" So I tune to the better thought I milk the spark of gratitude For the clarity it brought

Downstream is not a place — it’s a choice It’s the softening of voice It’s the trusting of the tide It’s where my spirit’s free to glide

💖 Alignment Before Action 💖 This a lesson I learn over and over again. When hasty or in a negative mood, my actions are not aligned with my true self. We are all bound to stumble into this lesson as we indulge in a bad mood. I am reminded of it when I take action in a place of anxiety, stress or anger. I watch my actions unfold a chain reaction that creates moments of more stress and anxiety. I am also reminded of this lesson when I am aligned and I see my actions bring my goals to life. How do I know I'm on the right path? Spirit always shows me very clearly.
