This is my first time on Surrey Hills Loop. There were 5 hills to climb & a lot of fun descent to do. It’s fun to do it when you take it easy but if you don’t, I doubt it will be much fun 🤣 If you are looking for a over 1K elevation, it’s better if you just go for #AlpeDuZwift. 5月後半

GW以降も着々とライドやらトレーニングやら．

6月はリトルワールドと犬山クリテに出る予定だけど，どちらも大きなレースでもないしリザルト狙うにはまだまだだと思うのでトレーニングではあまり意識しない．

とは言ってもクリテリウムみたいな短時間高強度インターバルは苦手分野であるので，トレーニング内容とレースが必然的に被ってくる．

第2週

疲労抜きたくてZwiftでTour of Watopia第5ステージとジロTTイベントをこなしたくらい．

Tour of Watopia第5ステージは新規追加されたど平坦コースを行くレース．

TTバイクに乗ってしまったのでダブルドラフト効かなくてごぼう抜きされるのでマイペースでクリアした．

そして自分がグランツールの中で1番好きなジロが開幕記念にZwiftとコラボして第1ステージのTTと同じコースを走れるらしいので速攻飛びついて参加．

かなり疲労も抜けていたのでこちらは本腰を入れる．

コースプロフィールを見るとラスト2kmの坂がTTバイクでは無理そうなのでノーマルバイクをチョイス．

6kmの平坦区間はAve300Wでクリア．

激坂区間に入ると斜度10％付近がずっと続いていて10km/hくらいしか出ない...

しょげそうになるけどめげずに300Wをキープしてラスト100mは出し切ってゴール！

タイムは17:28でNIPPO西村選手のタイムとほぼ同じ．

でも当然ながら足切りタイムの16:46(ログリッシュのタイムの1.3倍)は超えてる笑．

とはいえタイムテーブル内総合順位18位で嬉しい．

第3週

Tour of Watopia第6ステージはFigure8でのTT．

めちゃくちゃ踏んでも出力が小さくて変だと思��てフィニッシュ後に校正したらズレてたっぽい．

まあ矯正ギプスってことで...

あとは2×15FTPインターバルとかVO2MAX強化をしたり．

週末はnkmrくんが春日井で病院実習しに来ていたときに行ってた定光寺周回コースへ．

駅前の激坂を登って1周12.4km・獲得標高294mでアップダウンが激しいコースを6周半．

競争相手でもいればいいんだけど1人だと途中から疲れてタレてくる...

けどコース自体はロードレースっぽくておきなわを思い出す．

追い込み不足だったけど移動込みで116km・2046mUP・TSS325だったので強度高めにはなった．

第4週

初っ端からTSB-40だったので練習を抑えめに．

Tour of Watopia最終ステージは初めてのAlpeDuZwift．

消し炭みたいな脚だったのでテンポ走くらいのペースでクリア．

ルーレットではグローブをもらえたけど山岳賞の柄なのでつけずらい笑．

週末もばあちゃんの家に行っただけで日曜は休息日に．

第5週

日曜休んだおかげかTSBが久々に-10より高くなった！

脚が軽くなると気持ちも軽い(謎理論)．

高強度インターバルやる気分でもなかったので2×15FTPとTempo w/Burstで持久系に取り組む．

2週間前にも2×15FTPやったけど前回よりもきつくない気がする．

レースこなしたらFTP計測やってみるか．

ホイール買い替え候補の検討でA末にレーゼロを借りてみた．

入力するとちゃんと応えてくれていいホイール．

見た目ならシャマルウルトラだけど，盆栽用ならカムシンあるしG3あるし反応性重視でレーゼロでもよいかも．

なんと言ってもシュー替えなくていいのは大きい．

カーボンホイールはもう手放して最後のリムブレーキ用ホイール買うか...
