#lack of diarrhea is rly helping my mental health#like apparently eating barley had a great effect on my mental health but bc of the diarrhea i had trouble absorbing whatever nutrient was#giving me those benefits. but now the diarrhea is finally over and we are sooo back baby!!! >:)#also FUCK YOU MAGNESIUM STEARATE 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕#i had 4.5 days of diarrhea instead of 3 😭😭😭😭 they should rly ban diarrhea as a concept ngl#mine
