Hi firstly this made my DAY, tysm for asking!!

As for Persephone - I'm still ironing out particulars, but I've designed her overall character with the original myth of her namesake in mind - to the point she may serve the role of "an individual the myths were based off of" in a separate, non-pokemon story of mine!

Personality-wise, she's rather grim and gloomy - what I do have set for her is she's a rather powerful spirit of death or at least one of the dead, one who isn't satisfied with her place after life. However, it's a state she's been in for a very long time, so she has learned to navigate it with a cold dignity, the type you might come to expect from many interpretations of Hades himself. I do think she is likely someone who had been alive and died, so she carries a lot of grief deep within her about that.

She is escorted by her personal knight, Euclid, but is powerful enough on her own that it is rare she truly needs any protection. The two are near inseperable.

On the flip side - if I decide she is married to Hades or a similar being, akin to the myth - it is rare to see her alongside her supposed husband. It is as amicable a distance as it can be, the bond maintained in order to maintain her power and standing in the underworld. After centuries of marriage, and Persephone losing her passion in almost everything, it's somewhat of a natural progression that her marriage with the other ruler of the dead should also lose its spark.
