I finally finished translating the chapters from book 1! It's a significant feat, given that it took me more than 2 months to do the 3 of them lol

Nevertheless, I'm now going to work on book 2. This one has been entirely unavailable online for at least 7 years since one of the members of the original team (I'm going to call them team because, for me, they were the dream team for bringing Brocon the novel to a broader audience and I love them for that <3) deleted her Tumblr account, or it was deleted idk. This project will take me a lot more time, so don't expect it for at least another month.

So, about this chapter. Starring by Masaomi and Wataru!

I want to explain it beforehand so I don't have to do it in the middle of the chapter; this story develops around the word "aegu" (あえぐ/喘ぐ). In English, it means to gasp, but in Japanese, it has a connotation closer to "to moan" than "to gasp."...

It's another of Tsubaki's pranks on his brothers, on Wataru specifically. Masaomi had told Wataru that to recover from a cold, he had to 1rst; to warm up (あったまる; attamaru), 2nd; to nourish (えいよう/栄養; eiyou), and 3rd; to sleep soundly (ぐっすり眠る; gussuri nemuru). Baby Wataru commented on this with Tsubaki, and he told him that the word can be shortened to "aegu,"... which is a word that's kind of weird to hear from a boy as innocent as Wataru.

I want to explain 2 terms:

のそり (nosori) (Adverb) (Often used with "to" 「と」) A word used to describe a slow, incoherent movement or a blunt manner. This is how Masaomi's body is described as moving because he is tired from his night shift; I translated it as "moving slowly." For lack of a better term.

Yajirobee (ヤジロベエ) is a Japanese term obvsly that refers to a specific traditional toy. It has a human shape with a tapered torso and is balanced by weights attached to the ends of its arms. It is also called a balancing toy in English.

Here is my summary in Spanish. The story will be below, as always.

Wataru le cuenta que estan "aegu" y Masaomi se ataca, al final descubren que fue Tsubaki quien le dijo a Wataru que el acronimo de todo lo que debia hacer para curarse de la gripe era "aegu". La vida de Tsubaki peligra por un minuto hasta que Masaomi se da cuenta que Ema se ve indispuesta, por lo que decide chequear su estado; ya que el es un medico. Le toma la temperatura juntando sus frentes, le palpa los nudulos del cuello y por ultimo le pide que se levante un poco la blusa para revisar su estomago (todo esto hablandole como si le estuviera hablando a uno de sus pacientes, es decir con el tono y palabras que se usa para hablar con los niños) Para decir estomado incluso usa una palabra en japones que podria traducirce como "bariguita." Ema se levanta la blusa ligeramente de más y Masaomi se pone nervioso, cuando él toca su estomago con la mano ella jadea... full circle lol

Masaomi le dice que ella esta bien, que solo debe de descansar y huye. Wataru le dice que se asegure de hacer "gu" correctamente y se va tambien.

The thermometer tucked under my arm beeps. 37.2 degrees.

Juli: "You have a fever."

Juli said worriedly, peering into the thermometer.

"It's just a slight fever. It's nothing serious."

Although I said that, I had been feeling a bit fatigued ever since I returned from our trip at the end of last month.

A lot has happened in these past three months, so I guess I was just feeling tired.

I had these two drawings saved by Xabier and Julia, these two give me a lot of ideas for cute and fun drawings.

I just wanted to draw Julia a nurse for no reason, I thought she would look cute in the uniform (and she does).

La verdad que ha sido uno de los dibujos mas difíciles y que mas tiempo me ha tomado en hacer hasta ahora, sin embargo me ha encantado el resultado final 

Desde que vi el diseño del evento tenia que dibujarlo sin importar la cantidad de detalles que tenia, y también probablemente sea porque Ortho es uno de mis personajes favoritos~

Aunque opino que puedo mejorar el dibujo, y los detalles del dibujo no son tan exactos al diseño original, pienso que me me ha quedado bastante bien, sobre todo el coloreado en sus 2 versiones.

Fun facts: All songs are remixes of European/British artists such as Aphex Twin, Hardfloor, Richard Kirk of Cabaret Voltaire among others.

Imai originally requested that the remixes be trance/ambient as the concept was to transform previous songs into ambient. She was surprised to hear that in the end they sounded much better than she expected.

Sakurai said that he really liked ambient and that his favorites from the album were "In the Glitter" and "Killing (Urb mix)" in addition to mentioning that the artists managed to change and give a new shape to all of them.

My dog is getting there in years and throughout the years my family (including distant ones) all have dogs or cats as part of their families

Throughout that time I’ve seen a few pass away, leaving many of my relatives heartbroken when the time came for their Fur-Baby

Except for my little cousin, his cat got ran over, but by a wonderful miracle (that everyone is my whole family was grateful for) the vets were able to fix her up and a few weeks later she’s now a happy and spunky cat (He was very devastated and heartbroken during the news but I’m glad he’s much happier after his cat got her surgery and she’s all healed up now)

The point I’m trying to make is that your feelings are not only validated, but normal and no doubt many of us have gone through what your experiencing at least once so you know that your not alone and it’s important for you to not only grieve, but also know you have people in your life who will support you in your time of need

My dog was already a few years old. Next year, he would turn 14, and he was my first dog ever. He practically grew up with me and my siblings.

But for about two years now, he'd been experiencing health problems, some typical for his age and others not so typical.

He became more hysterical, less alert, and when he became paraplegic, we all took turns caring for him. But he still had as much energy as before. People talk a lot about dogs who live to be 20 or older; I thought he could do it too.

But these last few days, seeing him so lethargic, tired, and being told he was in pain (from liver/kidney failure), made me wish he would die just so he wouldn't suffer anymore. AND THEN FEEL LIKE CRAP BECAUSE I WAS WISHING DEATH ON MY OWN DOG. I felt so selfish, bad, and guilty.

He died when I was in college. We buried him the next day as a family along with our other pets. But I've been just rescheduling these past few days.

It's so weird for me now not to have to make time to bathe him. It's so strange to see his clothes and things he slept in, or to see his favorite spot if you were looking for him. And now he's gone.

It was a great adjustment overall.

Now I can say I'm not feeling bad! Because honestly, I'd be much worse off if I thought my dog was still here, but was having horrible pain/compulsions just from fear of death. It's natural. He was loved, cared for, and he loved us.

Besides, until we know otherwise, who knows? Maybe I'll see him again. Rest in Peace Gaspar, My little grumpy boy

El contexto del video fue en el cementerio general de Santiago en el cual se aprecia a Diego saliendo de un nicho abierto con el craneo de una persona y despues andando en un skate sobre lapidas y en la tumba del presidente Salvador Allende, si bien la actitud de meterse a un nicho a sacar osamentas y patinar es bastante reprochable, tampoco no olvidemos que el robo de osamentas de tumbas tampoco es algo nuevo que ocurra desde hace poco, por lo general el cementerio esta super abandonado puesto que no se ve ninguna persona guardando el lugar adentro, La vez que yo fui a hacer fotos habian tumbas subterraneas abiertas y mosaicos rotos, asi que no es necesario decir que el robo de tumbas en Chile es algo reciente esto viene desde hace decadas atras.

Di base, il Vultor nasce come frame polifunzionale; adatto ad ogni tipo di lavoro, sia in atmosfera che in orbita; all'occorrenza è adattabile al combattimento, utilizzando i sistemi appropriati. 🇮🇹Note: questa build si sviluppa direttamente dal modello: Mender. Per renderlo piu proporzionato, ho deciso di ridurre la larghezza del torso da tre unità a due, mantenendo inalterate le articolazioni, ovvero: pneuma T per le anche e ball joint per le spalle. Miles could save Gwen again.

Me pregunto si... ¿El "Miles" de las películas animadas intentara hacer un impulso con sus rayos como el "Miles" de los videojuegos?

Quiero decir, vi el ultimo tráiler del juego Spiderman 2 y hay escenas donde se ve a Miles haciéndose invisible y usando sus rayos, lo que me da a entender que mejoro bastante.

Pero el Miles de las películas animadas apenas absorbe energía y las expulsa y obviamente también se hace invisible.

A lo que voy es que andaba pensando que en la tercera película "Miles" aun podría descubrir un poder nuevo ante una situación de peligro lo cual me lleva al punto de una situación de Miles y Gwen.

Tipo como que de una u otra forma Miles intente salvar a Gwen y se da cuenta que las telarañas no son lo suficiente para impulsarse y de la desesperación use sus rayos para impulsarse aun mas. (aquí me gustaría que pasara algo parecido a esto : https://youtu.be/uQ-YBh3Sg-U?t=551). Solo es algo que imaginaba ya que seria el final de ellos dos.
