I think they gave up being historically accurate from the start. Not that I seek/want them to be true to the setting, because I do not really expect much from cybirb otome games aside from romance and sex. Especially since that is their selling point and that’s what they’re focusing on ! 😭 I mean, the timeline of events itself is very confusing. Culture and worldbuilding is just an afterthought (and that’s where we come in. HAH! ✨fandom creativity✨).

The setting of it being medieval is just a—setting. A backdrop. A prompt. I did not expect more that’s why I usually ignore it. Although, canonically, Clavis and Gilbert are the characters who do technological advancements so they can create products that can replicate what people already have in modern times. So, him? In a bnuuy suit? Is an excuse for them to put kinky stuff pfft—. It’s fucking funny to me. LMAO.

Gareth has a new neighbor who moved in next door and the guys see you all the time when they have band practice in the garage. You wink at Eddie whenever you catch him staring at you and it's given him some confidence to flirt with you when you walk-by on your way home. You make him really nervous and he's usually pretty good at hiding it around you but the guys tease him about you mercilessly when you aren't around. It's always little coy interactions, harmless flirting but you make him feel like you might want things to progress further.

You're sitting on the couch watching them practice and Eddie approaches you after they finish the last song. You're smiling at him oh so sweetly and he can't help but feel it fuel his ego enough to try to push the boundaries of your little back and forth you have going on. He liked the idea of making you speechless and nervous. He loved the way you'd respond to him and his little quips. After a dare from the boys, he decides to take it up just a notch.

You toy with the chain on your skirt as he approaches you, and to the untrained eye- you were bashful. But it was just part of your bit with him.

"I like your belt, by the way," you compliment, your eyes flutter to where the handcuff belt rests on his hip. He smiles, blushing a little- his face hidden by his mess of curls as he slides his hands into his back pockets.

"I've got a pair that I think you'd like even better," he blushes- a little nervous he's being to forward.

"Maybe if you're lucky, I'll let you use them on me," you reply, without missing a beat. His eyes widen and you smirk, proud of yourself for making him so flustered. His jaw drops and you wink at him before heading out, casually saying goodbye to Jeff, Grant and Gareth like you didn't just say that.

If Eddie wasn't already pathetically in love with you, that did him in for good.

he has not come up yet ! triple changers have been mentioned/discussed, but not blitzwing specifically ^^!

either of those work honestly! triple changers are kind of in their own category, and i think in some casrs theyd also fit a wasp/beetle sort of mix as well... it's been posited that they could either be their own species of cybug or are hybrids but who knows! either. both.

also since you mentioned the different personalities, fot tfa blitz in particular i think he'd still be the one bug, but also a blitwing trine is VERY funny to imagine/conceptualize.

Why exactly are you collecting a folder of Moonpaw incest comments and post? Is it just to have proof against ppl going " Well I'VE never seen it happen so- " or? You don't have to answer I'm just curious.

It's primarily because I don't like making claims I can't back up, even if I never have to cite them. "Shadowboxing," when you make up a guy to get mad at and then fight him, is something I actually try to avoid for my own mental health. If I'm angry, I want to be angry at things that I know to be real. If I say this fandom has a problem, I want to call out the fandom for problems I have evidence it has.

That is one other reason, though. "I've never seen it happen" is something easily fixed with a screenshot.

I also pull them out when I'm talking to friends or on a more personal basis, like in a discord or a groupchat, so that we can mock and comment on it. Makes me feel better.

Sometimes I also do that therapy technique where I show a screenshot to a friend who isn't involved in WC, and ask them, "IS this a messed up thing to say? AM I overreacting to this?" to try and make sure I remain grounded. I've had anger issues from a young age and one of the ways I've learned to manage that is by checking with others, to make sure that my response is proportionate.
