They barely interact in the entire show. The Yuri is not over, it never existed except in the ED

I didn’t say they had yuri in the show, I said it’s an Amuro-Char thing where the closest Amuro and Char got to showing romantic interest in someone was with Lalah, which is what Machu and Nyaan did with Shuuji, but ultimately Amuro had to kill Lalah like Machu killed Shuuji. It didn’t stop people from latching onto Amuro and Char so I don’t see why Machu and Nyaan should be any different.

#gquuuuuux spoilers #i’m just saying this is why gcucks needed more episodes #idk this was obviously always going to call back to 0079 with its relationships from the start #so i think the people complaining about no yuri are kind of annoying since no one complains that 0079 didn’t have yaoi #but the fandom yaoi became a defining part of gundam’s identity #amuro and char barely interact in 0079 as well #char was even absent for a huge portion of it #i just predict that japanese char/challia fans are going to thrive with a better outlook on the relationships presented in this show #than the machu/nyaan fans (of whom i am one) who need canon yuri in order to survive
