Clover is playable in Rivals of Aether via Steam Workshop! Their moveset depends heavily on both their gun and Flowey.

This addition was developed by two UTY devs: Figburn on art and Spasco on programming. Additionally, MyNewSoundtrack made the music featured in the latter part of this video, which is primarily a remix of Justice and the yellow SOUL section of Your Best Nightmare. This mod was released in 2019, a bit over 4 years before UTY's final release.

A few months later, Figburn released a Dark Ruins map for Rivals of Aether, with an original track composed by MyNewSoundtrack: a remix of Justice, Forlorn, and Enemy Retreating. I was unable to find gameplay of this map.
