Some imp doodles for some stuff I'm working on, I'm sure you can guess which kind (Lust) Lust imps are also the same thing as succubi/incubi, and while their bodies are very malleable, they have no powers of illusion whatsoever. The people who claim they can take the shape of beautiful people are lying out of their ass. Cherubs are the same imps, mostly of Chastity's influence. They have a tendency to be somewhat possessive and aggressive, and take to causing problems for humans that they want to see paired up

Alright, hi, hello. Let's talk- as my shittily drawn comic says-

First off, I'm Kaz, I also go by Wolfy, Fifty (from my old tumblr user/tag/whatever), and any variation of Peppermint. One friend who has tumblr as well calls me Pepsi on discord for shits and giggle and another knows my real name. Well, both know, it's just a 50/50 on what they use-

I am a sexuality questioning neurodivergent genderfluid creature, I don't care what pronouns are used for me as long as the person talking to me is comfortable with me.

On here I'll be most commonly showing myself as a kitsune with just, a chalk board on hand. Or, well, paw.

I don't have anything very good but I can provide SOMETHING.

I made a now abandoned concept for a fanfic and mentioned it on my blog a while back, it was a murderface x [another band member] fanfic. SOME people seemed interested.

This was poorly made with the characters barely in mind. It was Moreso me playing around with expressions/sad ideologies, angst, and just general overall unhappiness. I am an EVIL gay man who likes to make characters suffer for the fuck of it.

Honestly, I could have just put my OCs in this situation, and it would have worked FAR better. Most of my ocs are miserable anyways. What's a little more angst in their lives???

This is Skwisface, it was never intended to have a happy ending, at least not for Murderface.

It's Skwisgaar he's "with" skwisgaar

Every character is 18 or older. I want to make that EXTREMELY CLEAR.

I have a better explanation of the entire story saved in my drafts. It's completely scraped as it's very OOC for everyone involved in the story, I just REALLY REALLY wanted to make Murderface sad. Ok??? There's about 2/3 parts to the[scrapped/abandoned] story.

If people are interested enough wjth I will post some more about it. Anyways, enjoy these young murderface sketches made specifically while I was drafting said scrapped story.

He's supposed to be drenched in rainwater in this drawing. Cliche, yes, I know... Anyway, this is an aftermath photo where Murderface realizes Skwisgaar has had no interest in him and that he's been led on. :/

(He finds Skwisgaar sharing a very loving moment with Toki, nothing sexual just them being together and clearly having a romantic moment with each other)

Murderface finding Toki with Skwisgaar. Paired with a monolog where he's being SELF AWARE. In the other sketches made for this script, he's putting the dots together on why things between he and Skwis failed. Blaming himself and himself only. "I waschnt enough." Is the jist of his inner thoughts or whatever.

Shittily done sketch. Didn't wanna draw the eyes so I shaded over them instead. Some more part of his lament that I mentioned previously. Forgot to sketch in his little stache sorry :(( visually he's supposed to be grasping at the emptiness where his heart should be. It's supposed to symbolize how Skwisgaar basically stole his heart and left Murderface alone with nothing.

The final part, at least the last somewhat completed sketch. Current day Murderface. The monolog also includes Murderfaces' take on what he felt back then and what it's like currently. He was mad hurt and angry at the time, and "it schorta juscht schtayed that way"

Anyways i was really proud of the monolog even if it doesn't fit murderface at all. Perhaps I'll remake it with my OCs because I AM proud of how the story plays out a lot actually.

so today i was struck with the desire to try to draw my cover ideas for the Seafoam duology in like...full detail. However, I know my limits and that's essentially impossible atm lmao but I do have my basic sketches that I did sometime last month, so I decided to color them in so I could have a better visual idea of what they will eventually look like.

The art style I'm kinda leaning toward for the front cover is a sort of...color block? style? idk the right terms for it but yeah. And on the back i think it'd be cool to have something more realistic, but still sorta color block-y (i'm so knowledgeable about art can't you tell lol)

So, obviously, we have the sun, sky, sea, and the shore on the front cover. There'll probably be at least one ship (if not more) silhouette on the sea, and the big red portion will be a field of othima flowers (which coincidentally will be an important potion ingredient for book two) that sits on the cliff overlooking Psari (Thala's hometown) and the sea. Thala will probably be sitting in the flowers toward the edge, her back to the "camera"

The back cover is a specific scene towards the end of the first book. A night on the [redacted ship name] with the moons watching over her. The white-ish bottom portion is the bed she had in the room she was stuck in on the ship, and the russet thing on the bed is the shard of a plate that she uses as a weapon for her first kill and to defend herself afterward.

for book 2, we're reversing the red and the blue (red sky at morning, sailors take warning (as well they should)), and Thala will be facing the "camera" this time, coming out of the ocean with the same vibes of Truth coming out of her well

the back cover also (very shittily lol) depicts a scene in the book, but this time earlier in the plot. It's a glimpse at the beginning of the Smara, and the "house" with the stained glass windows is where [redacted for spoilers lol]. In short, this is where Thala will spend a good portion of time once she's back on land and where she'll find out the fuller scope of what's been going on bts and where she gets help to enact her revenge. (also I wanted it to be day in this to counteract the night in the first cover because of the significance of this place and it's relationship with the religion of the country they're all from. i feel like that's not a good enough explanation but it'll do for now lol)

omegafrisk is om-over-frisk, apologies, and unreleased stuff

i want to preface this by saying that every time i admit to a mistake i get people trying to minimise it. if you’re getting ready to do that, please don’t. it makes me feel terrible. even if you don’t agree with how i feel, i violated my own morals, and that means a lot to me!

so, omegafrisk is definitely over. it’s partially that i was in a bad bad place when i started this comic and it’s always gonna be tied to that for me, partially that i’ve just become a much better writer since then and i’d have to reboot the whole thing to be satisfied with it, and partially just that i’m not into undertale enough to make a whole comic anymore.

and speaking of being in a bad place: letting that bleed through into my writing is what i want to apologise for. i’ve come to realise i was a victim of grooming when i started this comic (and as i continued to write it). it messed me up, and i wrote messed up stuff because i just didn’t know better. the child gore, the flippant use of suicide, the extremely inappropriate jokes about kids, probably other stuff i don’t remember - it all disgusts me now. i’m so sorry i put that out into the world and that it took me so long to address it.

i thought about password protecting this blog and shutting it down altogether, but i’ve decided i won’t do that. after wrestling with tumblr a bit i think i’ve deleted  the worst stuff, but if you think there’s anything else i should get rid of please bring it to my attention through IM, or through the submit box if you’re shy (you can submit anonymously if you log out).

again, don’t defend me. if you don’t agree keep it to yourself. i will block you if you try to minimise this.

ABOUT THE STORY

i thought about releasing my entire plot outline, but... it sucks. that thing predates mad mew mew. it’s terrible. there’s barely even any detail. whatever you’ve come up with yourself is more interesting.

i do have plenty of stuff to share though! this summary got long as hell, so the rest is going under a cut.

this is the script for an ask i was planning for ages. first written in 2016 apparently?? with the help of the fantastic emouse. it’s a look on what was going on in the original timeline while frisk and chara were off gallivanting through spacetime.

the one thing i’m not pleased with is i don’t think it’s totally ic for flowey to start resetting again. i left it in though ‘cause i don’t feel like updating it.

another thing i’ll leave you is the playlist of instrumental themes i collected for chara and frisk, which i don’t think i ever released. this must also be from about 2016.

it starts out with frisk’s themes, life/universe and high score are shared themes, and after that chara’s themes begin.

A WRINKLE IN TIME

i can at least summarise the rest of the event i had planned. mettaton was about to turn the tables on everyone by having a camera crew burst through the ceiling (which were gonna be some people’s cameo’d ocs). he’d broadcast the debate over who got the soul live to try and bully everyone into giving him it. he had some fair points - he’s the only one of them that’s literally indestructible (at least to monsters and small children) - but both asgore and undyne were determined that they would be the ones to take it.

flowey would then pop up with his own plan. he’d kill everyone in the room except for charadyne (and mettaton just because, again, indestructible to magic). it would’ve been a cool little animation that scrolled past everyone’s shocked faces as bullets appeared behind them with that jarring sound effect they have in game, then cut to black with a cacophony of them all turning to dust.

this was all to force charadyne to load their save. he thought they’d be able to load to before undyne absorbed chara’s soul, which would be impossible as that moment would’ve been undyne’s first save point. (i’m only now realising the hole in this - surely he would’ve known that after his fusion with chara? but wait, he didn’t know about resets until he was revived, can beasts just not save? fucking undertale man)

regardless, chara and undyne would try to reset to, in chara’s words, “the last time you were... filled with... determination”. i wanted to do an animatic to half of [this song]. sweet chimes as undyne rifles back through her memories for that moment, building up to her getting ready - a blast of sound as it rips the timeline to shreds.

chara’s soul is so fragmented, only exacerbated by being in a foreign timeline, that they can’t reset properly. i was thinking of styling the catastrophic glitch that resulted after an undertale corruption because those things scare the shit out of me and also can be fucking hilarious. love me some comedic horror.

chara and undyne would eventually figure out they had to leave the timeline and manually straighten it out. because it was knotted. it was wr. there was a wrinkle. in the timeline. a wrinkle in time. because the event is called. it’s c. a wrinkle in time

that’s where i was hazy on details - you can see just how much was made up as i went along. somehow, they’d be separated, and undyne would have left enough dt in chara’s soul that they’d be able to go down to the human village and yoink some souls from the mausoleum there. (i had worldbuilding stuff around that - the soul jars used in the underground are based off what humans use for burial in general. burying your body in a grave = having your soul stored in a mausoleum. there’d also be equivalents to cremation and such)

i hadn’t really thought much about that - the actual idea was that chara would find their old house and we’d get a flashback sequence about their backstory (eugh, glad i didn’t get around to that). and then, idk, the mausoleum would be empty or something? i didn’t think about what might happen if they were actually able to get all those souls. that is to say, i didn’t think about the story implications - i totally thought about chara becoming a cool shapeshifting rainbow beast because i’m like that.

THE ENDING

rest assured there was gonna be a happy ending. chara and frisk were gonna have a big cool battle bursting through various timelines where frisk tried to talk chara down and chara tried to kick frisk’s ass. at the end, frisk would’ve given up and let chara kill them. but chara wouldn’t have been able to. as viciously as they attacked, they could only do a single point of damage - they and frisk are both made of magic now, and magic works on emotion, and chara cannot truly hate frisk enough to end their life.

so they would’ve made up, broken the barrier in their original timeline together, and lived happily ever after with no more resets.

i remember daydreaming an animatic of the two of them trying to break the barrier, stumbling a few times and gradually achieving synchrony, to [this song].

you might notice i don’t mention flowey here. i was kind of struggling to figure out what to do with everyone else in regards to like, actual methods of character development. i had some ideas about chara bringing wrinkle-in-time flowey along with them on their adventures and him somehow getting his memories spliced with og-timeline flowey’s near the end but didn’t really think them through.

i daydreamed a lot about a cute ending animatic to [this song]. i don’t remember my thoughts well enough to summarise, but i hope you can come up with something cute yourselves!

Submarines!

What’s going on, friends? I realize it’s been a small fraction of forever since I last updated the Highiary (and it feels longer if you’ve been high), so let’s get around to fixing that, shall we? Summer 2015 isn’t going to document itself!

This was a day where we’d done a big marathon of all six Star Wars movies (two fewer than we have now at the time of my typing this!). I think we started at like 9am over at Doug’s place (with some Skywalker OG because of course) and made a whole day of it.

As I recall we didn’t finish the last movie until like 2am, so clearly having a big bunch of stoned people trying to organize a daylong project while it’s happening isn’t the way do to things. We’ve since done future film days and they’ve all gone a lot smoother (and involved half as many movies).

My reminder here was for me to tweet, the following year, the message indicated therein (which I did remember to do, actually!). If you’re not familiar with that particular phrasing, you should watch this thing here.

(Also those aren’t all shittily drawn Imperial Star Destroyers; I think two of them are shittily drawn Arquitens-class light cruisers.)

Man, I have no idea what was going on this particular day, but I don’t doubt that I was at a [7] given the overall sparse nature of this particular entry.

Wait, why the heck was I at a [7] at lunchtime on a Wednesday? What was going on that day?

For those of you who can’t easily read my handwriting, here are the three salient entries in a running series for this page:

What Am I Doing/Eating?: Eating cold pad see ew out of a carton. Genius Idea: Not eating any more of this Thai food. Big Question: Will this make me sick overnight?

I did not get sick overnight, thankfully. I actually remember this whole thing very vividly, including the very moment when I realized that eating cold pad see ew out of a carton in bed at midnight was a really bad idea.

Also that sketch is a silhouette impression of the Kongo-class battleship Haruna of the Imperial Japanese Navy (specifically after it had been rebuilt from a battlecruiser into a fast battleship). Yeah, don’t ask.

This day was a birthday party where I’d been given lots of edibles and also had lots of booze and also also smoked a lot, so come 2am, yeah, I was pretty wiped out, and this entry here shows.

Rodd, as it turns out, is not immune to weed, but for like a year and a half we thought he might be because he kept trying to get high with us but it never worked for some reason. I don’t know what the issue was, but he’s a full-fledged member of Whacky’s circle of stoner-pals at this point, so hey, at least it was a happy ending.

(For those who might be curious, this entry is tagged with a ‘Maybe?’ in my master list as to whether it’s an entry that was written on the periphery of jacking off.)

Man, that submarine doodle is especially sad when compared to the Japanese naval warship sketch just two entries prior. At least I can chalk it up to Whacky just being up to normal form.

Death Star, amusingly enough, not one of the strains we had around on the Star Wars viewing party mentioned earlier. But it’s a nice one! Haven’t run into it in a while. Maybe I should find some to smoke for when I invariably see Rogue One again next.

Also I thiiiink I maybe got laid this night? I don’t know why else I’d mention someone else being around at 1am when I was naked and about to go to bed. Since I don’t actually remember all that well I’ll just assume that I did, and I’ll also assume that I was good.

Oh look, it’s another doodle of a submarine (if you couldn’t tell)! This one probably falls somewhere in between the previous two doodles in terms of quality, but might fall last in terms of it being obvious what you’re looking at (hint: the horizontal line on the left is meant to represent the horizon line of the sea).

Man, an [8], huh? Looking at what I’d consumed that evening for intoxicants, I suppose it’s not surprising. And oh, look, that same person was also there at an even later time of evening than before, but since I was super high (evidently) I’m again going to assume I had fun sexy times even though I think it seriously might have just been Netflix without the chill.

Next time on the Highiary: some truly, truly incomprehensible doodles, even by Whackberry standards!
