I hate to add to this after all the funny junk on this, but you should also incorporate some amount of joint mobility & stability (especially for legs), balance, and load-bearing exercises a few times a week to the extent that you’re able. Injury prevention is a lot like cancer prevention: if there’s a simple, low effort way to do it, you probably should.
