challenge: get through the week
day 4 - wednesday , 25 sep 2024
woke up at: 4:44am
got out of bed: 5:20am 🥲
tahajjud - not today
fajr ✅ and dikr - couldn’t cause I slept in (again)
gym ✅
breakfast ✅
work: 7/10 (finally got a direction and target for the task I’m working on)
home made lunch ✅
something for fun / hobby: nothing, cause I was busy surviving 😭
something productive: nothing really, just ironed something to wear tomorrow
evening dikr - ✅
recite Quran - not today, I literally fell asleep while reaching over for the Quran on my bed 🙃
witr prayer - not today, was so tired (again)
screen time📱 4hr 41min
coffees had: 0.5 ☕️
sleeping at: 10pm
over all mood for the day: so so tired. energy level was like 4/10 today, atleast it’s the weekend after tomorrow :)
#accidentally woke up much later than I was gonna after I closed my eyes for a while#and then lay in bed contemplating whether I should skip gym cause I woke up damn tired.#glad I did go even if for just half an hour cause it helped me wake up.#and it rained otw home and I got completely soaked#but 100% sure if I had slept after fajr I would have defo not gone into work today what with the rain and energy level I woke up with#this challenge is a v interesting experiment in analyzing my weekly energy levels and habits#nuuralshams#nuur getting through the week
