Man, I wish 3d modelling was more like, idk tactile? That's not the right word but it's like, idk it's easier for me to conceptualize how to make shit irl than it is to make the same thing in blender, y'know what I mean?
It's like, thinking about a weird sorta helm visor style I want to make, if I'd want to make it irl I'd grab an sheet of perforated steel in a roughly diamond shape, clamp it down directly on the center line, heat it a little if necessary and bend it from there, ect. ect.
but idk I just cannot fucking fathom how I'd make the same sorta shape in fucking BLENDER, y'know what I mean? Like they don't have the same like, tools? Like Blender's just like "Hey here's a cube. Good luck! 👍" and like, man, my brain doesn't work the same way
