Hi yes if you think the hints to  sentiadrien this season, if ofc they truly are intentional/exist, are a result of fandom pandering and weren’t intended from the start, ur wrong sorry <3
*DISCLAIMER: THIS POST IS WRITTEN AS THOUGH SENTIADRIEN IS TRUE/ACTUALLY BEING HINTED AT THIS SEASON LIKE PEOPLE SAY, IM NOT 100% ON THIS BEING THE CASE BUT FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS POST THAT’S WHAT WE’RE GOING WITH*
Ok I don’t really like the sentiadrien theory TBH, but the people (*cough* ml salters *cough*) that think the writers are just putting in clues for it this season based on fandom theories, and that if it ends up being true it wasn’t planned from the beginning and was put in as a result of the fandom, are making me laugh so hard rn 💀
For those that don’t know, Miraculous season 4 was written in, say it with me now…. 2019!!!!! (Source).
Well, to be more specific, the season was confirmed to be finished writing-wise (after half a year of pre production and planning) in October of 2019.
Meanwhile, Ladybug, season 3 episode 24, had just come out a month before, on september  10th. This was the episode that, arguably, kicked off the Sentiadrien theory.
Sure, it did come out before the season 4 script was finished, but need I remind you, while this episode did kick off the sentimonster adrien theory it wasn’t nearly as widespread and universally in everyone’s mind back then as it is today. In fact, if memory serves me right, a lot of people actually saw it as more of a crack theory. I mean guys, the gorilla being a sentimonster theory was also being spread at the same time, as well as nathalie being a sentimonster theory... Adrien wasn’t special!
So, unless you’re implying that the ml writers saw this newborn theory, that hadn’t really found its footing yet, and reworked multiple parts of the season 4 script in…. little under a month just to tease it, you’re….reaching, ngl.
And if they were going to do this, why do it in the form of, say, Gabriel holding up his hand w/ his wedding ring in front of Adrien, for instance? The season was done writing wise a full month before Felix came out, so no one in the fandom had really connected the twin rings to the Adrien sentimonster theory yet, so why would they go down this road to tease the fandom? Why not something more obvious?
And again, guys, this was a BABY theory! No one knew if it would be reduced to “wow that sure was a wild theory” in a month or go full steam ahead, it’s a lot to risk to just run with this theory so quickly and abruptly at first glance. If the sentiadrien theory is confirmed in, say, season 6, maybe I’ll be more inclined to believe the writers put it in as a result of fandom, as season 6 is currently being written and the show was initially supposed to have 5 seasons instead of 7, but y’all… if it’s confirmed in, say, season 5, which was finished writing wise in 2020 and planned from as far back as 2017 (source), then I don’t think it was just rushed in as a result of fandom.
It’s ok to critique this shows writing, but don’t jump to a conclusion as uneducated as this to do so y’all... come on now.... 💀.
