#i also don't have much creativity for plushie names but i'm happy to try!!!#i've got a puffin named Linda because Linda sounds a lil bit like the Norwegian word for puffin #the word is lundefugl #where fugl just means bird #and lunde sounds kinda like Linda if you squint #and i have a spider that i sewed last year named Virgil cause i couldn't stop loving these characters if i tried #(though i think it's fair that you've drifted away and that's valid ofc!!)#and the rest of my plushes are unnamed except for Igloo and Nugget #i'm so sad that i never kept any of my childhood plushies i thought i outgrew them as a teen so we got rid of them #what i wouldn't give to have my old dog plushie named Hemmelig #Hemmelig is just the Norwegian word for secret there's a story there #i'd give anything to have him back but alas
