ok turns out i'm gonna have to yammer about this to someone before i can really think it out so i'm gonna wait on determining that npc i needed to populate more.

i'm just thinking that i really like the idea of the person who brought leon to the facility he was kept at was like. someone he'd gotten really close to, possibly even more than friends, and so that would've really like... messed him up in a different additional way lol. which...is always fun to do to one's characters.

i'm also feeling not 100% confident that his captivity/etc it should be a Talon thing but it seems the most likely canon organization that would be involved in something like that so ? like once they get him fully vaporizable (?) maybe they kind of used him similarly to how they use sigma, though with different things keeping them tied to them obviously. and i think it would probably be a smaller facility somewhere a little more lowkey/remote/idk ...HMM
