its sounding more and more like SOMETHING happened behind the scenes to make both intended lead actors for 15's run to pull out as fast as humanly possible, and what we're seeing is rtd and his team badly attempting to cover up the impact on the show with incredibly messy writing and trying to dangle nostalgia bait in front of the fans like shiny keys via billie piper so that whatever the fuck happened on his watch doesnt kill the show
