VRAINS WEEKS “LINK-14″ - Daily Prompts 2019

Hello again Minna-saaaaaaan!

How are yooou? Did you miss me? Did you miss the 2 weeks we were talking about Vrains and Vrains only? Yes I missed them, too. =D So I sat down and started thinking about the prompts for these year’s Vrains Weeks. But first a little information! As some of you remember I asked for another name for the Vrains Weeks because...”Vrains Weeks” sounds too normal and kinda boring even if any of you understand what they are. (I had a minute I wanted to call them Double Week but that was even worse.) So I asked around if you guys have an idea how to call them and actually... One person had the perfect idea! So first let me introduce to you the new name of the Vrains Weeks:

And I think it fits. 2 Weeks have 14 days and everyone in the Vrains fandom knows what you mean when you say “Link-”. My special thanks for this name go to @mythicalartisttm Thank you so so much, my brain never ever would have thought this way!

Before we start with the newest Vrains Prompts for 2019 let’s take a look at the rules again (So noone can say they didn’t read or find them!)

“Favorite Headcanon” To start the Link-14 weeks let’s begin with something easy. Show me your most favorite Headcanon you had so far after 2 years of Vrains. Ok ok so... I played some League of Legends a while ago and suddenly I thought: “How would Yusaku look like as a LoL champ?” I went too far and even thought about his skills but hey! Wouldn’t that be a great prompt as well? If you guys are actually gaming something why don’t you put Yusaku or Ryoken or whoever you like into a game? No matter if it’s an MMO or something like Super Mario or Sims 4 or whatever you like. Maybe...I will design Yusaku as a LoL champ as well *laughs*

“VRAINS goes Hollywood” So I have two tasks and whatever you like more is what you gonna do: Drawers: Redraw a movie cover / movie poster from whatever movie with Vrains characters. Writers: Take a scene of a movie you love and rewrite that scene with Vrains characters. Those movies can be anything (Disney, Marvel, Ghibli or other Animes, Romance movies or Hunger Games stuff) as long as they still fit with the LINK-14 Rules.

Forgot to post these on Tumblr. This is Donghyun, my OC Andoid in DBH AU. He’s an asian model (his owner is a Korean Coffee shop’s owner) and he’s made to be a waiter (you can find this model when Markus was in the mall).

There’s a touching story for him below if you want to read. It’s long so I’ll put it at the end of this post.

I spend like 50% of my day sleeping, 35% gaming and 10% eating. Only have 5% left to take a bath or go to the gym lol my enjoying days before exam.

Donghyun’s plot: (Sorry my English is sloppy)

There’s a frequent customer of the Yoo’s corner Coffee shop, named Seongwoo, who’s having a deep impression and a bit emotional feeling towards the android VS50 #639 090 125 named Donghyun (will be called Donghyun #125 from now on) working at the Coffee shop. He can’t bring home so he decided to buy himself an android which code is VS500 #639 090 163 and named him the same name as Donghyun (will be called Donghyun #163).

Although having an alternate at home, Seongwoo can’t help himself from thinking about the one at he Coffee shop with that bright smile welcomed him everytime he came. He had never have someone smiled at him like that. Seongwoo is cold towards his android, though Donghyun #163 still serves and respects him as his dearly master.

One day, Seongwoo brought Donghyun #163 with him to the coffee shop. That was when #163 started to have a strange feeling. He saw that happiness in his master’s eyes when Seongwoo talking to Donghyun #125. He had never been treated like that, not even received a smile from his master. Donghyun #163 questioned himself about his operation status and system. He wondered if he had done something “not right” that caused his master to “hate” him, because Donghyun #125 looked nothing different from him.

Donghyun #163 began to ask his master about his day at work, his favorite thing to eat or to drink, even about his taste of music and movie. That was something a waiter android shouldn’t concern. Seongwoo felt strange and had a sense that something seems odd about his android, but he didn’t feel uncomfortable about that. He got used to it gradually. However, he still never drank the coffee at home. Seongwoo still loves to drink the coffee made by Donghyun #125 and loves to see that smile everyday.

One day, while Seongwoo was out for work, Donghyun #163 decided to leave the house on his own and went to the Coffee shop. He met Donghyun #125 and asked him to transfer his data. At first, Donghyun #125 refused since he stated that will violate the confidential information of the shop. Despite the fact VS500 was only designed to serve as a ưaiter and be obediant to their master, Donghyun #163 somehow talked to the Coffee shop owner about his situation and kindly asked for the permission of receiving data, by his own will.

“Something is so different about this android”, that what the owner thought, “I expect him to develope some kind of human emotions later on... And Donghyun maybe learn something interesting from this guy.”

The owner agreed.

After the transfer was done successfully, Donghyun #163 decided to block most of his own old memory to a secret hidden file and only run the memory data of #125 to create a perfect copy, only left some about his master Seongwoo so that he knew who to serve. Then he went home.

Seongwoo came back from work, he was surprised by the sweet smell of a cup of fresh coffee. He called for Donghyun #163 just to receive a smile of someone he’d never met before. It wasn’t his android anymore. The smile was bright and sweet, but emotionless. He suddenly felt like he’s lost something.

He called for Donghyun to speak to him about what happened, but Donghyun was no longer able to talk about that.

Days after, Donghyun #163 never asked Seongwoo about how was his day or his plan for the week. Donghyun only makes coffee, and smiles.

Seongwoo stopt coming to the Coffee shop and spend more time with his android, trying to figure out what happened in just a day. There was no clue. One night, he suddenly asked Donghyun. “Do you love me?”

Donghyun paused for a second, then replied with the brightest smile that no other androids could have: “Master, I don’t have feelings. I can’t love or hate someone or something. I’m just... an android.”

Is it true that androids don’t have feelings?

Seongwoo knew that’s not it.

Something’s wrong with his android. This android is not his android, this android is unexpectedly cold, nothing more than a machine. His android cared about him, his android loved to talk to him everyday.

Seongwoo tried to acess the system of Donghyun, and after days absent from work only to stare at the computer’s screen, he finally found a hidden blocked file. He contacted Cyber Life about this but nothing can be done to solve, that file is an unexpected error in the android’s system, so CL suggested bringing the android back to the factory for a renew or a system reset. Of course, Seongwoo refused and decided to work on his own. There should be a password to the file, which later is found to have 4 letters.

Tell me if you can guess what the password is.

Meanwhile, at Yoo’s corner Coffee shop, there’s someone who happily enjoyed his favorite cup of coffee made by his lovely android, which he manually programed to be a smile-only-android...

As Angel and company finished their lunch, they looked at the map to see what their next challenge is.

“Let’s see here….our next challenge is….the Bolty Laboratory.” Angel read the map.

Jeff spits out his soda and ran to see the map.

“What!?” Jeff shouts in a high pitched voice.

Blossom giggled at Jeff’s voice of how funny it sounds.

“Why would there be a challenge at my dad’s lab?” Jeff wondered as he scratched his head.

“Hey, Jeff why don’t you ask your dad to give us a freebie, so we don’t have to do this challenge?” Venus told Jeff.

“Don’t you dare cheat! Skipping a challenge won’t make you great fighter. It just shows how weak you are.” Aki yelled at Venus.

Venus glared at Aki.

Venus turned to Angel and whispered “Can you tell me why is she with us?”

“She needs to win in order to support her family again.” Angel said out loud.

Aki then turns to Angel.

“Hey! Mind your own damn business blondie! I also wanna break Maurice’s jaw for cheating during our fight.” Aki said in anger.

“Whoa! Whoa! Take it easy sis!” Mai said as she grabbed Aki’s arm to hold her back.

Jeff looked down for a moment, but then he said “Okay….f-follow m-me.”

Everyone followed Jeff to the lab.

It was a huge building that looks like its gotten old.

“How do we get in?” Thomas asked.

“Like this.” Jeff said.

There was a speaker near the door and Jeff whispered to it. “Open Sesame.”

The door opened by itself.

Almost everyone was amazed but Aki just rolled her eyes.

“Mhm, this door only opens to me and my dads voice. The other scientists use their IDs to open this door.” Jeff said with a timid smile.

“Jeffy… I….” Venus began to blush and slowly walk to Jeff.

Jeff began to tremble as Venus got close to him.

Before Venus could say anything, Angel shouts “Let’s go!”

Everyone rushed into the lab like little kids except Venus, Jeff and Aki.

“What a bunch of children.” Aki mumbled.

“Welcome to my world.” Venus said in agreement.

They were walking in the halls. Through the windows they can see the scientists working.

“Try not to disturb them.” Jeff whispered.

“Why?” Mai asked.

“Last year one participant disturbed one of these employees and the poor kid got tasered by them.” Jeff told everyone.

Everyone except Aki gasped.

“That’s stupid.” Aki mumbled again.

As they continued to walk down the halls, something caught Doll’s attention.

They passed by a room that had a sign that says “DO NOT ENTER!”

Doll whispered to everyone “Psst, what’s behind this door.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THAT!!” Jeff shouts.

Everyone shushes him.

Jeff whispered “Stay away from that. My dad says its off limits and I’m not even allowed to go in there.”

“Then why don’t we take a peek.” Doll persuaded.

“That sign says "DO NOT ENTER”! Can’t you read?“ Aki whispered sharply at Doll.

"Nope, I don’t know how to read human language.” Doll said with a smile.

Aki raised her arms in frustration and tells Doll “What are you?”

“I’m from outer space.” Doll said with a smile again.

Aki was confused, she looked at everyone.

“Its true.” Mai said with a cute smile as well.

Aki is still confused but brushed it off and whispered “Whatever.”

Angel then said “Okay, we’ll take a small peek. Just for a minute, and then we’ll leave. Is everybody okay with this?”

Doll, Mai and Blossom nod while Thomas, Jeff, Venus and Aki were skeptical.

“I agree with Aki. What if Jeff’s dad or one of the scientists catch us?” Thomas asked.

“Yeah, I’d rather take on this challenge than get caught by a psycho scientist.” Venus pouts as she crossed her arms.

“My dad isn’t a psycho.” Jeff sharply whispered.

“I was referring to your dad’s employees Jeffy dear.” Venus told Jeff.

“Oops sorry..” Jeff apologized.

“Oh my God… you four go in, while we stay out here and keep watch. There! Satisfied everyone?” Aki whispered in anger.

Everyone nods.

Thomas, Jeff, Venus and Aki wait outside while Angel, Doll, Mai and Blossom enter the secret room.

Angel, Doll, Mai and Blossom looked all over the room and what they saw terrified them.

This room is full of different kinds of aliens, trapped in capsules.

Doll looks terrified the most.

“These….are….creatures from my home planet….why..are they here?” Doll whispered in fear.

“Okay…. I think one minute is too long…let’s turn back..” Angel said to the others

Mai and Blossom ran, Angel looks back and Doll is still petrified in fear.

“Doll snap out of it. Come on! We gotta get outta here!” Angel shouts as she grabbed Doll’s arm and runs with her.

As they left the room and closed it shut, Angel told Thomas, Jeff, Venus and Aki everything they saw in the room, and they were just as horrified, Aki didn’t believe Angel at first, but seeing Doll’s expression made her change her mind.

Angel and company ran through the halls as fast as they can.

They suddenly entered at huge room.

“Welcome!” Said a voice

“Who said that?” Angel asked.

“Hold on….this voice sounds familiar..” Venus said.

“Yeah…it does…” Jeff agreed.

“Up here.” The voice said.

Everyone looked up. They see a man through a huge glass window.

Jeff and Venus were shocked of who the person is.

“Professor Bolty?” Venus said in confusion.

“Dad?” Jeff said in confusion as well.

“Of course. I’m imprssed you made it here and snooped through my secret room.” Prof. Bolty said with a grin.

“How do you know that?” Angel asked.

“I saw everything with my hidden cameras. Now that you know my little secret, I got a challenge for all of you. You must fight my androids.”

Prof.Bolty pressed a button to open the doors of each android.

Everyone’s eyes grew wide. The andoids look exactly like them.

“Where’s my andoid professor?” Doll asked.

“You don’t have one.” Prof.Bolty laughed.

“Why not?” Doll asked again.

“Because of THIS!” Prof.Bolty shouts as he pressed another button.

A huge crane came out of nowhere, grabbed Doll and kept her trapped in a capsule.
