congrats to Charles Soule's Darth Vader run (2017) for being the only one of many new canon comics with "Vader" in the title that's actually about him in any meaningful way

#not to hate on the others of course. he's just a pretty static character during the ot era #any kind of character-focused stuff you can spin with him devolves into prequel callbacks immediately #and yeah this was prompted by Legacy of Vader coming out soon lol #of course that one isn't meant to be about him but it made me realize how many separate titles use the name #anyway i love how vader 2015 is really about Aphra and 2020 is really about Sabé lmao
