hi girl!! i just saw your post about you feeling anxious, i just have a lot to say!

first i am so sorry that you struggle with these things, i also do and understand completely. i’m sure you have heard all the tips & are probably tired of people telling you what to do, so just take this as a suggestion, just remind yourself that it’s your anxiety speaking and not actually what is true. that helps me the most when i get lost and like you said the burning feeling. it overtakes me at times so it’s definitely very hard to keep reminding myself of that, but it’s true. you are loved, liked, respected, ect. i can’t tell you how many secret admirers we all have that we will never truly know of. i don’t know you personally, but i love your writings and blog as a whole! i’m not just saying that to make you feel better, i’m soo serious, i literally check it multiple times a day!! anyway i hope this brought u some help, or calmed you down a little. i’m always open to talk more if you want or need it🫶🏼🫶🏼

hey honeyyy! I'm so sorry you go through this hell, like I do. I truly think anxiety is one of the hardest disorders to have :( and your suggestion is great! I actually try to keep that in mind and that's what helps me the most, I think, when I'm feeling the way I was today. I have very high empathy so it does hurt me very much to think u feel overwhelmed by the same burning feeling in the chest I feel sometimes.
