AOA - The 5th Mini Album “Bingle Bangle” {Review}

I’ve been stanning AOA for almost 4 years already, and after more than a year without any releases, I’m so happy the angels are back! It feels like I’ve been waiting for ages this album, but it’s finally here!

1.  Bingle Bangle  (빙글뱅글)

When their agency said that they’d come back with a different concept, I didn’t expect it to be so different and them to pull it so greatly. The MV is really fun and the dance with the roller skates is amazing. Also, the song is so nice and catchy! Queens of summer are definitely back!

2. Super Duper 

As expected, a powerful song by AOA. Not only the music is pretty good but the lyrics are what I’d expect from them. I’ve to say that I love how they sing the “do~” at the end of the verses, it’s just great.

3. Heat

As long as I listen to this album, the lyrics get more mature. Don’t get me wrong, I love cute concept and basic catchy lyrics, but I like this kinde of songs (more sexy if I have to explain it in a word) and Heat is exactly what I love. My favorite of the album.

4. Ladi Dadi

A few days ago I had a convo with a friend of mine about how this song should have been a title song (I said no then but probably she was right). It’s so catchy and danceable, like a zumba song. But at the same time, it reminds me of old kpop (2013-2014) and that just makes me love it more.

5.  파르페 (Parfait)

This song is just too different to the other ones. It’s more youthful, kinda cute even. I like it tho, it's impossible not to end up singing “good good funny funny good good honey”

6.  뚜뚜뚜 (Dududu)

A song about a betrayal with catchy verses and nice music? I’m in! I don’t have any more words toexpresshow goods are this songs. Their vocals always on point and don’t forget those powerful raps.

As expected from them, this is a really good album. I was curious about how would theysound without Choa, and I’m very pleased, they did it really well. Also I’m happy that this time the raps were not only Jimin’s, Chanmi can rap too. I very very pleased with this album (even if it took me a week to finally listen to it).
