sometimes you just have to go to a hellsite you never otherwise use and rant a 16-tweet thread at your state's welfare account because each one of your problem-solving phone calls across multiple unrelated offices that day put you through their automated systems only to hang up on you
#the first one was my optometrist so that's really not california's fault lol but i had had enough#as i explained on twitter...they didn't process my case then blamed me for its unprocessing#then suggested i get help online then said online help wasn't an option#so then when i finally built up the psychological strength to call they gave me a wait time estimation#--then immediately said actually the system has too many callers and hung up!!#now that i've ranted i can move on#but boy that was obnoxious#welfare#food stamps#phone anxiety
