He wanted me to understand that fire doesn't always kill or hurt you. Sometimes it can be pretty as well. And for me who, because of reasons, doesn't feel completely safe around fire, it helped a lot....  (( I was in a summer and swimming mood xD And it was first afterwards that I remembered that I wanted to call it a salamander fish.. oh well xD ))
