[Attached are two photos. The first is a photo of a trainer in an oversized Slugma costume/onesie, with a red and orange tie-dyed bedsheet tied around their neck to be a cape. A Larvesta is perched on their shoulder. They look very pleased with themself. The second photo is of a scribbly-looking comic of a worm-like creature -- which is supposed to be a Slugma -- flying with a cape through a city skyline. It's colored with red colored pencil that goes outside of the lines, and "Super Slugma" is written in big block letters in a child's handwriting at the top. I'm dressing up as Super Slugma (a comic book series I made when I was a kid lol, little me was an aspiring artist) this year. My Pokemon and I are attending a Halloween party with a throwback theme and it's gonna be a ton of fun!

Do you have a costume too for Halloween?

Hey, your costume looks amazing, and that's such an original idea! Such a shame that Super Slugma (Or.. slug..man?) wasn't released, I'm sure it would've been a cinematic success.

As for me, I don't usually dress-up for Halloween! I already look like a cowboy the other 364 days of the year.

Smoke hisses from between her teeth, and for a few moments she ignores the Mew's cries, her mind and body only having room for anger and fierce protectiveness. Human human human kill it-

But then an image flashes in her mind, and she actually manages to look at the human before her.

The smoke dissipates immediately when the realization hits her. She trembles for just the briefest moment. She'd almost tried to kill a child-

It shakes her to her core. She manages a response after a moment or two of catching her breath. "I.....I'm so sorry I frightened you, little one. I shouldn't have directed that anger at you. You did nothing wrong, ok?"

Another moment of breathing, and she turns faintly to look at the young Pokemon behind her. The Riolu had positioned himself protectively in front of the Arceus, and Eileen still looked like she'd seen a ghost, but aside from that, they all seemed fine. She breathes a sigh of relief, and when she turns back, she's addressing the Mew with a hard stare.

"I don't know what gave you the idea that any humans at all were permitted here, but if someone told you that, then they wanted this kid killed. This is a safe place for Pokemon young and old that humans have hurt. If you came up with this yourself, then its negligence, plain and simple."

She sighs. The human child still looked shaken, and her shell ached with guilt. "You both are lucky I would never harm a child, Pokemon or not. On that note, please, if the both of you would, leave and never come back. If Knalla had been here, Arceus above, she would've had a panic attack at the sight of that child. Her trauma was very specifically caused by young humans. I cannot in good conscience let you stay. Sorry if that makes me sound like a killjoy, but I've got too much to protect. Go play with human kids or something before someone else sees you here."

the conflict between being immensely frustrated that pokemon dlc in general just seems to throw as many new characters at u as possible so they can keep being like 'look at this! look at this new thing! new content!' insted of actually expanding the themes and characters we actually give a shit about, and being relieved that because of those dumbass decsions, i never feel the urge to buy them

i am REALLY bad at remembering acronyms and things in general. and my first thought was that "rsd" has something to do with 3rd generation of pokemon, but then i rembered that the third game is called emerald so it doesn't fit, and i had to do some more thinking

PokeOmens - Demon Edition😈

i started this project last summer because i love pokemon and i love good omens, and only recently had the push to finish it! putting the teams together was a lot of fun - a healthy balance of deep thought and ~just vibes~ took up my process. please ask about any of the choices if you'd like!

Beelzebub: i was going to do all bug types but i figured as Grand Duke of hell they'd have more variety and Hell-ish pokemon.

Giratina, Buzzwole, Golbat, Mega Beedrill, Houndoom, and Centiskorch

Hastur: yes, i gave him a team of frogs bc i thought it would be hilarious (it is). also garbodor is not a frog but he's there bc of the time Warlock told him he smells like poo. lol

Garbodor, Poliwrath, Seismitoad, Croagunk, Bellibolt, and Greninja

Ligur: was i going to give him all lizard-like mons? of course. but i decided to mix things up a bit!

Mega Swampert, Scrafty, Slugma, Kecleon, Annihilape, and Toxtricity

Dagon: water types! (mostly) i think i had the most fun designing their trainer look. the coat they wear already screams Water Gym Leader to me, i just embellished.

Furfur: a team showcasing the "just vibes" process, with a few purposeful inclusions.

Shax: another "just vibes" team lol. her look was fun to create too! i love all her different outfits in the series so i attempted to combine them - i think i succeeded for the most part!

Who is “Floor Blob”, “Tiny Floor”?

The Floor when he was just born, and/or a baby was only just a blob of lava. He had that Goo look, but was different if you look carefully. (e.g. has small hands hidden under the water, slugma inspiration than goomy, stream of lava followed him while he crawled, cannot shapeshift/multiply into more floors)

How The Floor was created/born [x] [x]

His parents are The Ocean, and Volcano… like the literal ocean and a volcano- ok maybe not a literal volcano, but I’ll get there-

The Ocean is The Floors mom. Wherever you see ocean water, The Ocean resides; the world is The Ocean’s oyster. Her hair flows with the waves, collecting many shells as she explores the many waters. Though she can be anywhere, and everywhere, The Ocean prefers tropical climates. Objects on volcano’s island worship her greatly, even if interactions with her and objectkind are very few and far between. (she/her pronouns)

Volcano is The Floor’s dad. He is an active volcano… but he doesn’t mean any harm! He’s only a gentle giant. Fun fact, did you know he isn’t actually the volcano? He’s like his son and can move his face around the volcano part and back into his actual form; the lava! His sister is the object who causes eruptions around the island… she isn’t active anymore.

Volcano is a chatterbox! He is the first object that The Ocean met. One day, the Ocean was drifting by herself across the seas, there she stumbled across Volcano, drifting across his streams of lava, amen he took notice of her. There the two began to hit it off. He was nice to her not just because of who she was, but it was who HE was. They continued to meet up with each other, months, years, a millennium even, until the two gods fall in love for one another. (he/him pronouns)

7. Which has the best post game?

Blue Rescue Team!!!! // ~ v ~ ) // haven't played Red or DX

It's not the best because it has super good writing, or the gameplay is fun, or anything. I think Rescue Team's post game is the best bc it's the longest!!!

at least, it very much feels like the longest. to me...

like, every PMD game after Rescue Team has this sort of "finish line". a point which you reach in the post-game and after that, nothing interesting happens anymore. In Explorers, it's after beating Darkrai in Dark Crater. In Gates, it's bringing Hero back in Worldcore // Gates barely has a post-game, which is a shame.... // and PSMD suffers from the same problem as Gates.

the og Rescue Team also has this "finish line", but it takes a lot, lot longer to reach it. Even when the most impactful post-game event happens, there's still new interactions that unlock, and fun quests, and incredibly rare events, and it makes the world feel so alive for so much longer.

I guess this comes from my stupid, naive wish for the adventure to never end - I wanna keep experiencing the PMD world, and its charming characters, and explore new places. that's not feasible for any game, I believe. Rescue team somehow gets close....... that's why it's the best for me!

10. What starters would you add?

frickkkk nobody would want my starters :'D not the players and not the developers. pretty sure their movesets would be crap for starter pokemon standards. among other issues.....

but uhhh...... I'd add grimer partner. and slugma partner. and magnemite player..... and vanillite player.... and a litwick player/partner......

for no reason other than I'm obsessed w/ these little guys and if I could have them as pardnter or player, I would get attached to them so fast and so intensely. lookit my grimer partner......... they're a cutie......... also they stink and it sends enemy pkmn packing. a lifesaver

Ashlyn leaned back against the seat of the train. Her Azumarill, Blueberry, was nuzzled comfortably on her lap, lulled to sleep by the rhythmic chugging of the train over the tracks. She looked out at the passing scenery – verdant fields and wild Pokémon frolicking freely- it was a peaceful scene that was suddenly ruined. “Oh my god! Ponyta and Rapidash!” Taylor pressed her face up against the glass.

Her eyes were wide with excitement as she pointed at the fiery Pokémon galloping majestically across the open landscape. "Such power, such grace!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with genuine admiration.

“Shut up Taylor,” Her twin brother, Tyler grumbled from beside her.

Taylor responded by sticking her tongue out at him, "Oh come on, Ty! Lighten up a bit. We're on an adventure!" Her words were punctuated with a wild gesture referring to the world outside their window.

Tyler merely rolled his eyes and returned to his nap. Aiden got into Ashlyn’s face. “Are you excited to see the big city?” “Get out of my face,” She shoved her hand in his face and pushed him away from her.

Aiden stumbled back, a grin still lingering on his lips despite Ashlyn's rebuff. He adjusted his glasses and laughed, "Alright, alright, I get it! Personal space, I respect that." He then moved over to join Taylor by the window, equally captivated by the sight of the fiery Pokémon racing alongside their train. Logan looked up at his book, “What gym is in Savannah?” He asked more so Tyler. The ladder looked up before drifting back off to sleep, not answering Logan’s question.

Logan frowned slightly at Tyler's lack of response but shrugged and returned to his book. “It’s the Electric Type gym,” Ashlyn answered, glancing over at Logan. “Ben are you gonna battle the gym leader this time?” Taylor looked over with a grin. The mute boy looked up at her and shook his head. Taylor’s grin didn't falter. "Well, your loss, Ben! Savannah's gym leader is supposed to be one of the toughest around.” Ashlyn nodded in agreement, her thoughts drifting to the upcoming challenge. Blueberry stirred on her lap, opening one eye lazily. “Ashlyn, the conductor is coming by, put the pokemon away,” Taylor hissed quietly.

Ashlyn gently nudged Blueberry, whispering for her to return to her Poké Ball. With a soft glow, the Azumarill disappeared, and Ashlyn clipped the ball back onto her belt. As the conductor approached, checking tickets and ensuring everything was in order, the friends settled down, their excitement momentarily subdued by the adult walking past. “Hey! Blonde kid, sit down,” She told Aiden.

Aiden, who had been bouncing slightly on the balls of his feet, gave the conductor a sheepish smile and quickly sat down next to Ashlyn. The conductor nodded sternly before moving on, her eyes scanning the rest of the passengers with practiced ease.

Once she was out of earshot, Aiden leaned in towards Ashlyn, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "So, what's the plan when we get there? Straight to the gym or do we explore the city first?"

Ashlyn pondered for a moment, her fingers tapping rhythmically against her thigh. "I think it'd be smart to scout out the gym first, get an idea of the level of the trainers and the gym leader’s level and pokemon,” she mused, her eyes lighting up with the thrill of strategy. "But, exploring Savannah wouldn’t hurt either; it could be a good way to unwind before the battle."

Aiden nodded in agreement, his grin widening. "Sounds like a perfect plan! Plus, I heard there's a market where local trainers trade rare battle items!” “Okay calm down, it’s not that exciting,” Tyler opened his eyes with a glare at Aiden.

Ben, still silent, gave a small nod, his own excitement about the city's offerings visible only to those who knew him well. His dark eyes flickered with interest at the mention of the market, perhaps considering it a good place to gather resources that could be valuable in upcoming battles.

"Actually, it might be good for our pokemon to get some battle items to make them stronger!” Taylor wrapped her arm around her brother’s shoulders. Logan looked up from his book, “Plus in the tall grass outside the city, there’s shellos, we both need that for our pokedexs,” Logan told Taylor.

Taylor's face lit up at the suggestion, her adventurous spirit clearly piqued by the possibility of catching a new Pokémon. "That settles it then! First, we explore the city and hit the market, and then we head out to catch some Shellos," she declared enthusiastically.

Ashlyn shook her head, appreciating Taylor's infectious energy.
