This is so true and I love it. I can definitely tell when I don't take my products right and when I don't get my water intake right (this is a work in progress for me). These products improve my sleep, my wake times, and my overall feeling. I don't crave sugar. I actually bought my favorite candy bar three (3) days ago and it's still in my purse because I just don't want it. I don't snack all day like I used to. I am between pants sizes at this time.
