Don’t forget to drink a lot everyday but also to protect your skin. Sun provoke about 70% of premature skin aging, so don’t forget to use an spf everyday!/⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Quelques conseils :⁣⁣ L’hydratation est primordial pour avoir une peau en bonne santé. N’oubliez pas de boire beaucoup d’eau tout les jours mais aussi de protéger votre peau.
