Nancor bought Gliese some nice Peruvian dark chocolate and a bouquet of dried flowers as he always does, and offered to take her out on a nice nature walk

Dismas went out with Maidel to a museum and followed her request to only make one pretentious comment per piece... which meant that he jokingly made one pretentious comment about every piece. afterwards he gave her some chocolates moulded to look like sheep, because he is so sick and twisted to make her eat something that looks so adorable >:)

Callan bought Gerrel a box of chocolates that have all different artificial fruit-flavoured creams / fillings because as everyone knows, if it tastes like fruit that means its healthy!! he also bought Izuili a chocolate bar and proceeded to eat it in front of him (this is his 5D chess ploy to get Izu to bite the other end like the pocky game so he can tease him that oooh he wants to get sooo close to his lips huh)

Ashe asked Viltau to make some chocolates for him that his quadrants would be able to enjoy, so for Cheran they contain just enough troll flesh mixed into the chocolate to be palatable (do not ask how Viltau achieved that. you probably dont want to know) and were moulded to look like anatomically correct organs, and for Jikiro the chocolates are filled with edible ink and were moulded to look like tanuki faces. he spent the night c*ddling with his matesprit and watching movies together, but would visit his moirail the next night as well for an equally lowkey and relaxing time

Tira bought Lizzie a pair of dragonfly hairclips (based on a pair a fan once gave him but he ended up accidentally leaving behind in a hotel) as well as some Portuguese salame de chocolate. he'd take her out to a rollerblade rink because he thought that'd be fun

Velour always receives a truckload of gifts from his fans that he usually ends up offloading a lot of the chocolate to his friends because there's no way he'd ever be able to eat it all. but for Jamie, he bought a box of chocolates that he enchanted with his magic so they all taste like different foods, and also a cupcake-sized porter cake

Mikiel, as always, did not go out of his way to give chocolates to Lyvere or Thrixe, but he did buy them both a box of expensive artisanal truffles that he'd give to them if they visited to give him a quadrants' day gift

Lucy spent quadrants' day alone because Ani was unable to make it in time for the holiday, but when they do arrive he will cook them a nice meal for a romantic candlelit dinner, and give them a hand-carved wooden wolf-ram that he painted to look like a starry sky. his sculpture is pretty rough around the edges because it's not a medium he's gotten used to yet, but it's recognisable as resembling their lusus

Sharle is very glad that Jamie made dinner plans first because he lowkey had No Fucking Clue what to do for quadrants' night, but he did at least buy him a box of fancy chocolates from one of the chocolatiers at Revoire. after dinner, he'd take him out on a drive to a nice quiet location where they can stargaze together

Viltau treated Jikiro to a big multi-course dinner (which ended with a very elaborate and decadent chocolate cake, of course), and then afterwards set up some easels so they could paint together while sharing a nice bottle of wine. he knew that Hazard would want to spend quadrants day with his matesprit, so he visited him the night after with a gift of handmade chocolates sculpted to look like origami scorpions, as well as a bouquet of strawberry chocolate carnations

Glas made Mikail his favourite extremely spicy chocolates in both regular chocolate block form and as a set of chocolate cigars, and arranged with HR to force him to take the night off work so they could subject him to some so-bad-theyre-good pale romcoms. alcohol and cuddles will also be involved, and Glas will also try to make a drinking game out of it (despite the fact that both of them have a high tolerance for alcohol) because they think its funny

i feel like a handful of my ocs are just like. artfight attack bait. ore and invader specifically get more attention than like any of my other characters

for Invader, i'm pretty sure it's because of the Kaiju tag I gave it, especially since most of their art involve them knocking down buildings. ore is in a similar situation i think with the dinosaur tag, but that one's a bit more interesting to me since i have two others with that same tag (blue + ruddy) that've gotten SIGNIFICANTLY less attacks than ore. and i think THAT is because ore is objectively adorable

God I always forget how brutal the early game of EO Nexus is on expert/heroic💀💀💀 it's fucking wild that not only they have a gigantic floor you have to explore without Ariadne threads, but you also have beat a full on stratum boss on level 5 with barely any good skills or gear

okay, like the world fight is so much fun and i’m so glad i pushed myself to get caim 5*’d so i could do it. i was concerned it might be difficult. and then i was concerned the + version would be difficult. but it was great! i have to imagine part of what made it not scary was caim himself (at lv 95+). using sandy to make the boss have turns of elemental friction while trying to get threo knocked out so caim could come in with the fool upright and give EVERYONE suit stacks. the biggest deal being those diamond stacks that are just a permanent water switch. the spade stacks are nice too so even when elemental friction is off, the hits are still weak point hits (the seraphic boosts from weapon/summon don’t apply tho). the healing specs are insane, but we’re barely taking any damage. the ONE time we took big damage was when I didn’t know the + version of the fight had a SECOND terminal crisis trigger at 20%, so I didn’t have Galleon’s plain damage saved for it. So... we all got hit with 70% plain damage of our current hp. But it was completely negligible bc Beginning of Joker was off cooldown, so I cast vita brevis for an over 5000 heal (may have been 6k at that point, if not it was close), and then copied and skill and caim healed us for over 9000 hp ( ´•̥̥̥ω•̥̥̥` ) over 9000 jfc (well except for sandy lol. he had to suffer with low hp bc he can only be healed by his measly 1000 hp a turn innate deaths grace) and that was before I went and realized, oh i finished all the domain boosts on caim but i never filled in the other 9* of his emp (only ever did his crit nodes and the em skill). so i dumped 6 into the two heal nodes and the put the rest in defense (i am very rarely trigging club trick for the delay and when i do the timing is always annoying as fuck, so i don’t think the debuff success nodes have any use, esp since he’s getting switch in activating his sup skill + his domain bonus ability so he’s likely to have max stacks of club very fast which gives him 50% debuff success at max). Before those nodes boy had 70% boost to healing specs, now he should have 110%. I am interested to see how the fight goes once the event is over, bc I did have the extra 20% ATK, 20% HP, 10% DMG Cap from the event. the damage out put for my earth in the arcarum is insane. anyways. i’m gunna go try and kill the eletion glider a bunch more times bc apparently that’s how i unlock the other two 25% special c.a. dmg cap up in the universal guid book. hitting 9.9 mil with the 50% increase on the hard cap is not enough. i crave more.
