after a trip to champs les sims went awry, eight complete strangers have ended up stranded in a strange new world. their plane crashed into a snowy mountain, and the eight of them need to come together to figure out what's happened to them, where they are, and why they're the only ones left standing. meet our survivors under the cut!

our first survivor is jax compton. his traits are self-absorbed, kleptomaniac, and adventurous. he is aspiring to be an extreme sports enthusiast. an impulsive sim, jax had been spontaneously traveling on his family's money. champs les sims had been the latest spot he hit with his travel dart, and he'd been on his way home.

our second survivor is sidney knowles. her traits are foodie, creative, and clumsy, and she aspires to be a painter extraordinaire. she was traveling to champs les sims as part of a study abroad program to visit all the art museums that the beautiful french town had to offer.

our third survivor is dante sawyer. he's an aspiring freelance botanist, he loves the outdoors, and he is also a goofball and a slob. he had been visiting family in champs les sims and checking out the local juiceries, seeing the best way to brew a mind blowing nectar.

our fourth survivor is allison mccoy. she's a party animal in the making, and her traits are music lover, romantic, and outgoing. she was on a trip with her sorority and is the only sim who seems to have survived the crash.

our fifth survivor is akeno zhang. a businessman from shang sim-la, akeno is a materialistic, proper, and genius sim. his aspiration is to become a mansion baron. he was traveling to champs les sims to examine some "business" opportunities.

our sixth survivor is zoya banerjee. she is neat, active, and unflirty, and she aspires to be a bodybuilder. after her parents decided she was bringing shame to her family with her deviant lifestyle, they arranged for her to marry someone of their choosing. scared of the consequences should she refuse, zoya ran away. unfortunately, fleeing was the last thing she did before the crash.. our seventh survivor is cristian gomez. he aspires to be a bestselling author, and he is a bookworm, a perfectionist, and family-oriented. cristian had been in champs les sims on a press tour for his first book. he'd hoped to see himself make it big… but who knows what's happening now.. and our eighth survivor is hope starr. she wants to be a friend of the world, and her traits are self-assured, geek, and outgoing. hope always wanted to get out of her hometown of appaloosa plains. after going on a vacation with some friends, her trip home took a turn… and this is where our story begins.

Rusty asked a very pregnant Hailey to go on a walk with him. He told her it'd be good for her and the baby to get some fresh air - as if they hadn't been getting plenty already from tending to the garden.

Little did Hailey know, he had something else planned. He proposed to her using his mother's ring. He said it wasn't much, since his family didn't have a lot of money, but she really didn't mind.

Hailey and Rusty are now engaged and these fall-themed screenshots are absolutely gorgeous!

It takes a village to raise a couple of toddlers, and Amira can only be grateful that her village is so kind and attentive - it would be far too difficult to be a single mother with an ex partner who refuses to look at the child they share otherwise. She pays back the countless favors in the only way that she knows how: taking care of Santina as if she were her own child.

lucy donovan is our legacy challenge founder, but perhaps it is more accurate to just call her the founder. dumped into an unpopulated world, lucy and a few select others have a very important job: they need to figure out if this planet is inhabitable. are there edible life forms? can one grow their own food? is it possible to raise a family here?

most importantly: could this be Simanity’s new home? her family line has ten generations to figure it out- past that, it will be too late. join lucy as she documents her journey as the founder- and as Simanity’s only hope.

First skill maxed ! (by Arathi who’s always at work while the others spend all day skill building, oh well).

Arathi called a town meeting to discuss how to use the CAS point. They decided to wait for now since there’s no room for anyone else.

After the meeting, Yolanda and Dozie had some catching up to do ;)

It’s a girl! Arathi chose to  name her Visha and after some persuading, gave her Eito’s surname. 

Yamir is so excited about his baby sister, he really is one of the best behaved sim toddlers I’ve had.

I’m starting the Build A City Challenge! This is very much influenced by @melsie-sims. I had such a blast reading their challenge that I just had to give it a go. I’ll be using @purzelsims rules but I probably would end up changing things a little.

 This challenge is (hopefully) going to be more gameplay focused than my decades challenge- I’ve realised I hardly ever play the actual game so I want to give it a shot and also experience playing rotationally for the first time!

Arathi came home from her promotion to a very worried Eito- he was certain this experiment was bound to fail. Arathi did her best to motivate him, failure doesn’t exist to her. I’m not sure how helpful Eito found her brand of motivation.

Kourt and Jake are hitting it off, she’s giving him tips on how to be more outgoing, and he seems to be appreciating it.

Yolanda and Dozie, meanwhile, are having a little flirtasionship, we’ll see what comes from it.

Thanks to Jake’s paintings and Chidozie’s strawberries, we have a new house. It’s still very bare bones but we currently have 0 simoleons so it’ll have to do.

Skillbuilding but everyone is sad and stinky. We finally had enough money to buy Jake his easel and a mirror for Arathi, hopefully it being cracked isn’t an omen. Everyone else is concentrating on gardening and fishing until we can get a shack built.
