I have been lazy with tagging posts, so I just throw them in my drafts to tag and queue later.
...
I have 1405 drafted posts.
I have regrets.
Lemme see if I can queue some of these puppies up. :)

Ryan: What makes you think it's okay to watch Hannibal given its subject matter?
Sophie: Sometimes, I watch television shows for entertainment purposes.

Stephanie grabbed Dick's hand, grinning and pulling him into a side hug as they walked.
"Uh, duh, of course! You're my favorite person to hold hands with. "

Five times + near death experiences💞
five times + word
The first time Bruce thinks Timothy Drake is dead - he doesn’t actually think it. Because it’s too close - it’s too much - it’s too harsh. It’s only been a couple months since - since Jason - and Bruce doesn’t know what he did to get to Tim’s side, except that there are unconscious bodies littering the ground behind him, and the knuckles of his gloves are bloody. When he gets to Tim, he feels relief when he sees the younger’s chest moving, and then undeniable regret. Bruce picks him up, gently, taking him back to the manor. He doesn’t let Tim do anything but surveillance for the next month, and Tim gets it. Alfred finds Bruce later on that night, and doesn’t comment on the fact that Bruce’s hands refuse to stop shaking.
The second time, Tim was simply patrolling - on his own, because Bruce had to attend some kind of function, and Alfred’s voice crackled through his earpiece. Said something along the lines of Tim having trouble, and Bruce excuses himself, ignoring the chill that had replaced the blood in his veins. Alfred tells Bruce that Tim has stopped responding, and Bruce can’t think - doesn’t quite remember what followed, what he did - until he finds Tim at the docks, drenched and coughing up water. Bruce is at his side in a heartbeat, and Tim just smiles a little at the concern in Bruce’s face, comments on the fact that their communicators needed to be waterproof. Bruce chokes back a laugh or a sob, and pulls the soaking boy to his chest, tells Tim that the earpieces are waterproof.
The third time, Tim is shouting his name, shaking Bruce, voice alarmed and not quite registering. He’d hit his head pretty damn hard, and remembered the last thought he’d had was to make sure that Tim was safe. Tim is babbling, and Bruce wonders, absently, when the last time the kid had slept. And then, Tim was hugging him, telling him he’d thought he’d lost Bruce - telling him that help was on the way and that he had a concussion, before Tim pulled away, and recounted the last details of the mission. And Bruce thought, even in the panic and concern still lacing Tim’s voice, informing Bruce, that he couldn’t lose this one. That he wouldn’t.
The fourth time, Tim is bloody, unconscious, barely breathing, when Bruce takes him into his arms. He thinks that Tim is fired. Retired. Something. Anything but this, because whether or not Tim thought he could do this - Bruce could not. He could not continue to do this. He refused to. Even when Tim’s injuries are tended to, and the kid is squinting at him from the bed, face puffy and voice hoarse, Bruce is still shaking. He tells Tim that he’s fired, and Tim responds with a laugh. “You’re not getting rid of me that easily, man. You’re stuck with me. You need me.” The worst part is that Tim is right.
The fifth time, Bruce thinks they’re both dead. The building crashes over them, and there’s soot everywhere. There’s so much smoke that Bruce can barely breathe, and when he looks across the room from where he’s pinned to the floor by a slab of concrete, he sees Tim’s immobile form. The sight is enough for Bruce to wrench himself from the debris, drag himself over to Tim’s side, and something crashes in the distance. Tim shifts slightly, letting out a groan, and Bruce lets himself collapse at the younger’s side, reaching out for Tim’s shoulder. “I’m okay, I’m okay,” Tim is saying, before Bruce speaks, and Bruce watches the kid struggle to sit up, coughing. Tim finally looks over at Bruce, and it’s not his teammate, his partner, that Bruce sees, looking at him. It’s his son. And Bruce hates himself for letting Tim become part of this. Hates himself that he’d continue to let Tim be part of this. Later on, after Tim is sleeping, for once, drug induced, Bruce tells Alfred how much he loves the boy, and Alfred tells him that he already knew.

@marithegraysonkid from here.
Steph comfortingly smiled, placing a kiss on Mar’i’s head.
“Keep those starbolts fired up, you hear me? I’ll only be gone until I can flag someone down. I won’t be long.”

five times + emotion
five times + word
The first time Bruce sees Ariel, aflame and foreign - all he feels is suspicion. He doesn’t trust her - doesn’t trust most who display powers, and never at first. He flags her as someone he needs to watch - regardless of the fact that she appears young. Just because she is young doesn’t make her safe and he doesn’t trust her, monitors her activity within Gotham. She’s powerful - and he had to make sure that power was kept in check, at least within his city.
The second time Bruce sees Ariel, she’s wandering the streets of Gotham and he’s in civilian clothes. He doesn’t feel that same suspicion, distrust, but finds himself curious, almost. She’s not on fire - and Bruce can see, now, that she’s just a young girl. A little lost, even. He wonders what her story was, which hadn’t even crossed his mind at first - because he’d perceived her as a threat. Now, though, he allowed himself to contemplate her existence as it was.
The third time, it’s concern. She’s tied up to a chair, to some kind of device, and he can barely see her through the lightning, the fire. He thinks she’s dying maybe - and it concerns him, alarms him. He doesn’t know when he found himself protective over the younger, but at some point he had, and the concern doesn’t shake off until she’s safe again. Maybe she wasn’t the threat at all. Maybe it was Gotham - that had always been the threat.
The fourth time, he’s furious. She’d been attacked by a couple goons - except not quite, because she’d simply burst into flames and terrified the lot. And when Bruce comes upon her, she’s still burning, but shaking, scared. Bruce talks her down, his voice soothing, until the flames lessen, and after some time, offers to take her out for ice-cream. He’s angry for her, and not at her.
The fifth time, she’s the one, suspicious, but also sad. He asked her about what brought her here, to Gotham, and she’d fallen silent. He trusted her now, knew she meant little harm - simply wanted to go her own way, survive. However, when she looks at him, there’s mistrust in her gaze - and Bruce realizes he’s given her no reason to trust him. And then her expression sobers somewhat, growing solemn. She merely shakes her head, says nothing more, and Bruce leaves it at that. They remain on the rooftop for the rest of the night, in silence.
