His eyes widened at the sudden movement, moving his arm upwards to at least grab at Emma’s arm. He stared at the gardener, his eyes sharp. He dropped the bat to grab her other arm, shoving her downward to the floor. He stared at her, huffing slightly. “THE HELL’S WRONG WITH YOU?” He snapped, glaring down at Emma. He exhaled softly, picking up his bat again. He didn’t want to harm her more. He exhaled shakily, his eyes showing so much emotion; sadness, anger, weakness. He stared down at her, not knowing what to do. He was going to suffer from blood loss soon enough, and that comes with delusions.

[ Emma pauses, her head clouded from the thud. She opts to remain sprawled against the wooden floors- the wrench laying limply against her wrist. The soft exhales echoes around the room, so glancing at the source of it, it’s not hard for Sky to take up her vision; given how he towers what is left of the open-space. ]

“ don’t be like that, dear. it’s just us. why do you make me feel as if i’m the villain with those blazed eyes of yours? theres nothing wrong with having fun. all i’ve been trying to do is make you happy, doctor. was it not you who requested to take my ‘best shot’ ? hey, brother, hey ? ”

[ There is no truth to 'brother’, rather she accompanies it with a giggle as if it was the stupidest thing she heard. Her laughs die down as she extends her arms out, her back remaining against the flooring. She points to Sky, follow the blood dripping down. ]

“ such vulgar directed at me, yet something thats wrong with you is plain as we can see! you’re melting now as if winter came in the midst of summer.”

[ A sigh. she stops pointing and opens her hands, looking as if she asked for a hug. Though, caution advised, for a wrench lays visibly against an open palm. ]

“won’t you just accept my gift? your time is running, but i can make it quick. all i want to offer is to aid that batty-fanged mind of yours. ”
