It’s Day 87 as DJ 👸🏾 & Leo 🐶 Got It Done! ✅ I’m excited for those who adopted this Challenge as a part of their lifestyle. As a health service professional, I average 12-15,000 steps a day and they make a difference. Should you go back to your behavior prior to the challenge, your body should fuss at you; Physically and Mentally. And don’t think for a moment that it won’t affect those around you. Happy Day 85 Monday #RavenRunners!! Leo 🐶 and I👸🏾completed our walk with a crescent 🌙 moon and a little more darkness than past summer mornings. Stepping on acorns is no longer an occasional thing! When we started this journey, we might have been considered small acorns.
