特に、マイヨニキは、父親がギガノス帝国最高位の科学者（…と言うか、皇帝陛下と古くからの親友）で、その父から自分専用機メタルアーマーファルゲンを与えられた上に、ギガノス軍で滅茶苦茶評価されてて地位的にも優遇されてると言う点から見ても凄く恵まれてるからな（※多分此の事をシドが知ったら、嫉妬と羨ましさの余りオーバーキルレベルのショック受けるわ）。

…あれから、アナベル・ガトーは、戦死出来なかった。生きて連邦に無様を晒した。

その後、ガトーは連邦に回収され、捕虜となったが、例の紛争の時に味合わされた数々のテロ実行犯のジオン残党による悪行と攻撃に、苦虫を噛み潰すような過酷な思いをして来た連邦の兵士達は、凄まじい迄の憤りを見せた。

「…あんなジオン星人の捕虜なんて要るかよ！（※ナチュラルの捕虜なんて要るかよ！並）。」…と。

…連日、其の様に大いに荒れたが、然し、最終的には、皆納得した様で、…逆に、ガトーの存在を歓迎する様になった。

……ティターンズ専用の玩具として。

「…シロッコとエフェも来いよ！御前等も本物のガトーを見たいだろ！？俺がガトーの居る部屋に案内してやるよ！！！！」

ヤザンは、シロッコとある女性と共に居る。シロッコと彼女は、…最近、木星から帰って来たばかりなのだ。

「…本当は、彼女を連れて行きたくないのだが……。」

「ま、真逆、本当に彼奴じゃないよね……？大丈夫、きっと違うガトーさね。きっと違うガトーに決まってる。」

「…ほら、怯えてるじゃないか……。」

そんな"女"を労るシロッコに、その"エフェ"と呼ばれた女性----未だ酷く、怯えて居る----が、親し気に抱き付いて甘えて来る。

「…でもね。……パプティマスが行くなら、私も一緒に行くよ。一人は嫌だよ。」

「ハハッ、可愛い奴だな。君の様な姉さん気質の女性に甘えられると、私もメロメロになってしまうよ。」

…此処で、エフェメラの神経を逆撫でする様に、ヤザンが軽率にボソリ言う。

「年齢的にはシロッコより圧倒的年上でおばさんだけどな。」

「待ちな！！顔面偏差値10！！」

…エフェメラから苛烈な暴力が来る事を見越して居た、ヤザンは、そそくさと高速で逃げて行った。

（…私よりエフェと、男女関係の相性良くないか、彼奴は……？）

…その光景を見たシロッコは、段々とエフェメラと自分の関係への自信が無くなって行って居た。

…。

それから、三十分位後。

「ほら！！ガトーの居る部屋についたぞ！！！」

その時、ヤザンが乱暴に部屋の扉を開ける。…すると、シロッコが、早速反応する。

「あれがソロモンの悪夢と呼ばれたアレか。」

「…アレ扱いかよ？！！」

余談だが、ヤザンは、ウラキ中尉とガトーの存在を知っており、実物のウラキ（本物）とガトーにも、既に会った事があるのだが、シロッコは、ウラキとは面識が無く、ガトーを見るのは、今回がはじめてだった。…そして、エフェメラも……？��※茶番）

…かくして、遂に三人は、ガトーと対面する。

シロッコが自己紹介をし、名乗った最後に、エフェメラはドギマギ心臓をバクバク（※マジ心臓に悪い）させながら、自己紹介をはじめた。

「…は、初めまして……。…私は、エフェメラ・ハントです……

（…あっ、正真正銘のガトーじゃないか……。）。」

「……！？（…何っ、…シーマ ※獅子身中の虫だと……？！！！）。」

「…や、、矢っ張り、…あ、彼奴じゃないか？！…ガトー！…アナベル・ガトー！？！！本物の！？！！うわっ？！辞めてくれよぉ！！ホントにぃ！！！」

…其うして、エフェメラは、自己紹介を終えた途端（当然ながら）、怯えて光の速さで逃げ出す。

「待て！此の裏切り者！！！！」

そんな『敵前逃亡』して行ったシーマ（現エフェメラ）を、ガトーは何とかして引き止めようとした他方で、シロッコは酷く戸惑って居た。

「…何故だ！？？！！！…エフェ、…何故逃げる？！？？？」…此処で、そんな奴ガン無視で熱くガトーは語り出す。

「今はエフェメラ・ハントと言う名前だろうが、あの下衆女は、シーマ・ガラハウ、我々ジオンを裏切った上に閣下を手討ちにした下女だ！！許るさん！！」

「…へぇー！スゲェ！元味方の艦隊を欺いてテロの首謀を直接葬った後、あの紛争を生き延びた後に、偽名を使いながら、木星に逃げたって訳か！エフェにそんな過去が！やるじゃねぇか！」

其う素直に感心するヤザンを、後目に、その時、シロッコが生の感情に駆られながら言う。

「…シーマ？…エフェメラが如何かしたのか？何かしたのか？過去にトンデモ無い悪党だったのか？…昔の事は昔の事だ。…今は私の伴侶だよ。私の妻。私の女をとやかく下衆女だの下衆女だと悪く言うとは、貴様、許せんなぁ……！！？？」

更には、白い手袋に隠れた結婚指輪も見せる（※手持ちの貴金属を簡単に加工して作ったハンドメイドらしい。彼曰く、自分のは純銀だが、エフェには18金の奴をあげたと言う）。…が、それに負けじと、ガトーも食い下がらない。

「…ハッ、……はぁ！？妻！こんな得体の知れぬ男の糟糠の妻だと！？あんな女は我々の敵だ！シロッコとやらよ！お前は本当に趣味が悪いな！！！！神経と審美眼を疑う！！！！」

…此う言う風にシーマがティターンズのよく分からん奴（※実際マジでよく分からん奴）と結婚してた事に驚愕するガトー。

…あー、もう何もかもが無茶苦茶だよ（※アニメ0083のストーリーライン・脚本よりも）。

…因みに、その光景を見て居たヤザンは（…面白れぇ！何てスゲェ因果なんだ！！！！）…等と��わず面白がった。

それから、

「其処迄、侮辱するとは。…ガトーよ、私の手で討たれる覚悟はあるだろうな…？！」

「受けて立つ！」

…と言う感じで、ガチ生身同士での喧嘩を開始したガトー、シロッコ。…そして、ガトーと同じ空間に居るのが苦痛で嫌過ぎる為、今の状況では可也遠くに居るシーマ様（現エフェメラ）、此の三者の間には、どれだけ距離が離れて居ても、ニュータイプ能力云々とか魂が通じ合う感覚とか抜きで、凄まじく気拙い空気が延々流れて居た。更に書くと、何処迄もヤザンは蚊帳の外だった。

…さて、最終的には、その後、シロッコとガトー（手錠と足枷はシロッコが上に頼んで外して貰った）はMS戦で真の決闘を行って決着を付けると言い出し、勢い良く外に出て行った。其の様子を見たシーマ（現エフェメラ）は、彼等の後を追って行った。…然し、当然の様にヤザンは蚊帳の外だった。

Win-win（自分も勝ち、あなたも勝つ）：必ずお互いの利益になる結果を見つけようとする考え方と姿勢。人生を競争ではなく協力の場と考える。あなたでもなく私のやり方でもないもっとよい第３の方法を選ぶ。

Win-Lose（自分が勝ち、あなたは負ける）：人生の勝者と敗者しかいないゼロサムゲームの考え方。価値の基準を内面ではなく外側に求め、人と比べて勝っていることを重視するため、自分のやり方を押し通す。

Lose-Win（自分が負けて、あなたは勝つ）：人に受け入れられ好かれることに価値を置く考え方。相手に対して何も主張せず期待せず相手を喜ばせることで「いい人」と思わせる。感情が抑圧される結果内面が不安定になる。

Lose-Lose（自分が負けて、あなたも負ける）：敵対の思想。Win-Loseの者同士がぶつかりあうと二人とも負ける。人生の中心に敵を置き、常に敵の失敗を望むようになる。勝者がゼロなら自分は敗者でもいいとさえ考える。

Win（自分が勝つ＝独り勝ち）：自分が勝つことだけを考える。他人の勝ち負けに興味がなく、自分が欲しいものを手に入れることだけを考える。ただし、他の誰かの敗北を望むわけではない。

Win-win or No Deal（自分も勝ち、あなたも勝つ、それが無理なら取引しない）：お互いに満足できる解決策を見つけられなかったら、お互い合意しないことに合意する考え方。

最も効果的なパラダイム＝Win-Win

では、本章の冒頭のような失敗を避ける最も効果的な人間関係のパラダイムはなんでしょうか？それは、Win-Winのパラダイムです。もちろん、人生の局面ごとに効果的なパラダイムは異なりますが、相互依存の現実社会でとれる案はWin-Winであることがほとんどです。

Win-winの５つの側面

最も効果的なパラダイムがWin-Winだとして、Win-Winにはどのような側面があるのでしょうか？ Win-winの５つの側面とは、「人格」「人間関係」「協定」「システム」「プロセス」です。まず「人格」があって、それによって「人間関係」が築かれ、そこで「協定」ができます。その合意に至るまでの流れを円滑に進めるためにWin-Winに基づく「システム」が必要で、さらにそれをおし進める「プロセス」も必要です。イメージとしては、人格→人間関係→協定の流れを、システムとプロセスが下支えします。以下順番に説明します。

Win-winの5つの側面「人格」とは

人格はWin-Winの土台です。すべてがこの土台の上に作られます。だからWin-Winのパラダイムを身に着けるには、人格の3つの特徴を育てる必要があります。人格の3つの特徴は以下です。

「誠実」：誠実さとは、自分自身に価値を置くこと。自分の価値観を明確にし、その価値観にそって主体的に行動し実行すること。本当の意味で自分にとってのWinは何なのか？を知ることが重要である。

「成熟」：成熟とは、勇気と思いやりのバランスがとれていること。具体的には、相手の考えや感情に配慮しながら、自分の気持ちや信念を言えること。

「豊かさマインド」：豊かさマインドとは、この世にはすべての人に十分行き渡るほどものがたっぷりあるという考え方。地位や成功や名誉などを他の人と分かち合うことができる。

誠実、成熟、豊かさマインドをバランスよく持った人格を土台にすれば、互いに協力しあい、意思疎通しながら、各自がバラバラにやっていたらできないことを、力を合わせて成し遂げる人間関係を築くことができます。

Win-winの5つの側面「人間関係」とは

では、人格の土台の上にWin-Winの人間関係を築くにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか？その鍵となるのは「信頼」です。つまり信頼口座にたっぷり預け入れがあれば、相手の性格や立場にとらわれず、すぐ問題にとりかかれます。また、信頼口座に十分残高があれば、人間関係における相乗効果を発揮できます。具体的には、協力的なエネルギーが生まれ、問題点を徹底的に理解し、解決策を一緒に見つけることに集中できるようになります。もし、仮にWin-Loseのパラダイムの人が相手の場合でも、人間関係が鍵となります。具体的には、相手に礼を尽くし、敬意を払い、相手の意見を尊重し、信頼口座への預け入れをします。一方、自分の意見を勇気を持って述べて下さい。お互いに満足する解決策を見つけようとするプロセスそのものが信頼口座への預け入れ��なります。

Win-winの5つの側面「協定」とは

人間関係が築ければ、Win-Winの中身を明確にし、そこに至る道筋を示した「協定」を結ぶことができます。ここで人間関係は上下関係から対等な立場で成功を目指すパートナーの関係に変わります。Win-Win実行協定では、以下5つの要素をはっきり決めることが大切です。

望む成果:いつまでに、何を達成するか？

ガイドライン:望む結果を達成する上で守るべき基準

リソース:望む結果を達成するために使える人員、資金、技術、組織のサポート

アカウンタビリティ:結果を評価する基準、時期

結果の評価:達成度合、貢献度合、評価の結果はどうか？

これらの要素が満たされれば、Win-Win実行協定となります。この協定のメリットは以下です。

内容に関係者全員が了解し同意を得れば、自分の仕事の成否を各自で判断できる

期待内容が明確なので、進捗を報告するだけでいい

自由裁量を与えられて、仕事に取り組むので意欲が向上する

手段を本人の選択に任せるので、個人の潜在能力が解放されシナジーを作り出せる

Win-Winの5つの側面「システム」とは

では、Win-Win実行協定を策定したあと、その協定を定着させ機能させるにはどうしたらいいでしょうか？そのためには、組織内にWin-Winを支えるシステムが必要です。具体的には、社員教育、事業計画策定、コミュニケーション、予算、情報管理、給与体系などのすべてのシステムが、組織のミッションステートメントに書いてある目標や価値観と合致している必要があります。そしてWin-Win実行協定をしっかり定着させると以下のような効果が期待できます。

組織の場合、社員が一丸となって同業他社と競えるようになる

学校の場合、生徒同士が助け合って勉強し、皆で目標達成に向かって頑張るようになる

家庭の場合、親が子供に��図するストレスから解放され、子供は自らできることをやるようになる

Win-winの5つの側面「プロセス」とは

Win-Winを支えるシステムを定着させたあと、Win-Win実行協定を実践するにはどのようなプロセスを踏めばよいのでしょうか？本書では、人と問題を切り離して考え、立場ではなく課題に焦点を絞り、お互いに利益になる選択肢を考えだし、双方とも納得できる基準や原則に基づいて進めるべきだとして以下４つのプロセスで進めるよう提案しています。

問題を相手の立場に立って眺めてみる

対処すべき本当の問題や関心事を見極める

どんな結果であれば双方受け入れられるか？を明確にする

その結果に到達するための方法として新しい選択肢を見つける
