Готовилась к Белтейну и ничего не смогла вовремя выложить. Исправляюсь. ^^ Благо, что праздник — это период, и длится он будет до Литы, а сегодня начинаются Русалии. Расставила новые яркие свечи, что напоминают цветение весенних цветов, украсила алтарь, живые цветы после дня рождения как никогда кстати.

"Пер��ые майские грозы. Все вишни и яблони в цветах. Вишни и сливы в величественном белом, а яблони в нежно-розовом. Молодые березы в сверкающей листве, так переливаются только молодые листочки. Тюльпаны как ожерелье весны из рубинов. Дикие яблони в лесу мелькают белыми подолами, маленькие свечки на елях и соснах. Не смотря на испортившуюся погоду всё не перестает цвести."

Stuff is pretty dark at the moment, ngl; I plan to spend some time today connecting with nature, and looking to the long days of summer with hope and intention to look after those close to me, and focus more on the things within my power to change.

вот уже 4 год я делаю варенье из сирени и в этот раз это наконец-то варенье, а не сироп 🤭

Сирень, с её нежными пурпурными соцветиями - волшебный ключ, открывает двери к гармонии и умиротворению. Её благоухание проникает в самые глубины души, помогая выровнять ритм сердца, словно природа бережно обнимает нас, защищая от тревог и переживаний, что подстерегают в бурном мире.

Когда приходит время собирать эти чудесны�� цветы, в воздухе витает сладковатый аромат, наполняя сердце надеждой и радостью. Варенье, сделанное из лепестков, обладает едва заметной горчинкой, но по вкуса сравнимо с медом, а его аромат, словно нежный шёпот весны, способен успокоить даже самое уставшее сердце.

рецепт:

Цветы сирени 0,5 кг (самые первые/молодые, лучше фиолетовую или розовую)

Сахар 0,5 кг

Вода 2 стакана

Лимон 1/2 штуки

(можно взять желирующий сахар)

1. Цветы сирени промойте в проточной прохладной воде. Затем положите в кастрюлю и залейте двумя стаканами воды.

2. Поставьте на огонь, доведите до кипения и дайте покипеть в течение хороших десяти минут.

3. Огонь выключите. В нашу сирень выдавите сок одного лимона, закройте крышкой и дайте настояться в течение 20 минут.

4. Через 20 минут из сирени выделится сок. Сцедите его и на основе этого сока сварите сироп. Для этого растворите в нем сахар на медленном огне, постоянно помешивая.

5. Цветки сирени (пока варится сироп) тщательно разотрите с одной ложкой сахара и 10-ю капельками лимонного сока. Все это добавьте в сироп. Когда сироп с перетертой сиренью закипит, снизьте огонь до минимума и варите в течение 20 минут, постоянно помешивая.

6. Готовое горячее варенье разлейте по простерилизованным банкам и закатайте стерильными крышками. Храните в прохладном месте.
