Happy Monday friends and fans!🤩 I hope everyone who was celebrating the holiday had a great one! We did! Cooked, ate, conquered. 😋⁣ ⁣ I have been getting a lot of questions on this and some are from myself. Lol! 😆No, but really. We are the type of business that likes to surround itself with greatness and until recent months, Twitter was one of those. With 50% of their big brands, not paying for ads OR posting to the network it makes you wonder if Twitter is still the effort in your social media strategy. 🤨Those of you who have been following me for a while, know that I have always valued Twitter. It’s a place where you can reshare your blog and YouTubes content and that has HUGE SEO benefits as well as networking with others, but the new Chief Twit is making it a difficult decision to be on a network that is not going to support any kind of content moderation, peaceful interactions, has let folks that shouldn’t be on the network back and will become the wild west of content. ⁣ ⁣ We have never paid for ads on Twitter so for us is just pausing our content distribution but whom are we hurting? Our OWN marketing efforts.😫 I have not fully made a decision on this because I am stuck between its benefit and making a statement as a business to no longer support something we don’t believe in. Misinformation and hatred have no place in any of the circles we are in and so for now, we will suspend all posting to Twitter because where there is no dignity and respect, there is no Elevate It Now. 🙌🏼⁣ ⁣ How about you?
