i did make a post abt jeff and val's relationship awhile back, i'll link it here but i do want to talk abt them again bc i've expanded it in my head 😼

at some point in eyho, i want them to get kinda closer but not super close.. like not best friends but close enough for them to hangout together with ben and nina every now and then.

anywho I want their friendship to be kind of a plot device (i hope thats the right term) because Jack getting jealous of Jeff is how he stops being in denial about his feelings 😼

it's not a love triangle because jeff and val are genuinely just friends, the main conflict between the three of them is just jack being a stupid idiot for a bit until he finally accepts that he's in love 😭

HOWEVER! jeff and jack do have a physical fight over it. for some reason emo idiots fighting is my favorite trope in everything. i'll just write what happens in bullet points bc it'll be easier lawl

jack realizes jeff and val are becoming closer friends and he gets platonically and romantically jealous (because val is like his only friend and he has feelings for her, though he's in HEAVY denial)

after like a week and a half of trying to hide the fact that he feels his relationship with val is threatened, all the conflicting emotions swirling around in his head end up boiling over and he ends up confronting jeff in the forest when he's out for a smoke

at first jack doesn't say anything he just kinda stares like a weirdo because he's a complete idiot when it comes to feelings and he genuinely has no idea what he wants to say

and then as jeff is asking him "dude are you okay" jack just.. punches him. and then when jeff starts yelling like "WHAT THE FUCK MAN" jack is just like "oh my god im so sorry i was NOT thinking"

and then jeff punches him and normally jack would win that fight but he just kinda lets it happen because he feels like he deserves it (he kinda does atp) and then after awhile both of them just sit down with bloody noses and bruised knuckles

and then after like 20 seconds of silence jack just says "i think i'm in love with valerie." and jeff just replies "is that seriously what this is over"

anyways thats about it 😊 i havent really figured out what happens after that so :P

i really dont remember if i made a post about how jack and val met before so i'll just try to briefly explain how it happened

jack already knew about val because she stabbed jeff out of fear when she became a proxy (poor girl was confused and scared it was her first time being fully concious in like 3 years) and obviously that caused kind of a scene 😭

but they offically met a day or two after that. Jack was going to go to her room as soon as she became a proxy and just kinda wander around her forest but Slenderman stopped him and basically said "You're probably just gonna scare the daylights out of her if she's awake, I don't really want anyone to bother her rn" and then Jack's like "yeah that probably makes sense"

Slender told him he should wait at least two days for her to relax but for a reason I havent really figured out yet Jack is REALLY curious about her. Or he's just extremely lonely and bored.

So the day after Val joins the mansion Jack goes to her forest and he was just planning to walk around and not go to her room, but as soon as he steps foot she tries to attack him lol

After like a minute of tussling and Jack trying to tell her he's not a threat she ends up biting his hand and messing up his thumb. The bite ends up startling him enough that he just pauses and looks at his hand for a few seconds until he looks up and realizes that she ran away. Anyways he just ends up leaving since he doesn't want to scare her again and when he's back at his room he just stares at his hand and then he suddenly feels like.. happy. Basically he didn't think there would be anyone else like him ever but meeting Val kinda changed his perspective.. hopefully that makes sense.

I think Val would be kind of weirded out by Emiko at first, but more in a curious way than in a freaked out way. Like i genuinely think Val would be so fascinated by Emiko lmao.

I feel like if they got close they'd hang out but the "hanging out" is just staring at each other in silence for an hour. Murder yuri 💗

1 - After like a year of slowburn and then becoming not just friends but not yet lovers™ they have a big fight and then kiss in a forest

When Val is abt to confess, Jack was so scared of being in a relationship again since Jenny he kinda self sabotoged and told her he never wanted to see her again and stuff. he has like a monster complex or something he was really afraid of hurting her.

Anyways after their breakup before they even started dating��� something rlly bad happens to Jack. i havent really figured out what happens yet, but he's like in a coma for some reason and theres a chance he might never wake up 💔 and then while Valerie is crying in his forest he manages to wake up with the power of love and friendship and then he runs to find her and then he's out of breath and they stare at each other for like 2 minutes and then they make out 😈

After that Val passes out for some reason and then Jack lets her sleep in his bed while he watches over her. And then the next day they both say 'i love you' and yay!! boyfriend and girlfriend!! I have alot to flesh out but thats essentially what happened lmao.

2 - HMMMMM.. i think they'd be friends tbh.

I see Dollie showing Valerie silly chick flicks while talking about their boyfriends. Like if Jeff does something that made Dollie mad Val offers to slash his tires or something lmfao.

They're kinda opposites when it comes to the "pink girly girl" spectrum, like Val is alot more pastel and muted and Dollie is more vibrant. However ik they would run a highschool in 2009 like the NAVY. Regina George who??? (i'm just kidding. regina i love you. forgive me.)

3 - Kind of friends?

After Val became a proxy and Jeff's eye healed from her stabbing him, she apologized and gave him a box of cigarettes when she mustered up the courage lol. The cigarettes were all just ones she found on the ground so when Jeff opens the box he's like "is this girl serious" bc he can't smoke those 😭 He 100% thought she was being mean to him but before he can say anything he sees her face and its pretty clear she's being genuine. She was a very sheltered as a child and any type of "bad" behavior she wasn't really taught much about so she didn't know anything about cigarettes.

Anyways after that Jeff is like "I can't smoke these but thanks ig" and things are still a bit awkward but theres not really any tension between them anymore. Eventually they get paired up for a mission and they get a bit closer yayay

Valerie is mostly just extremely curious about Jeff. Like he's the polar opposite of what she was raised to be when she was alive. She's never really seen anyone like him before which is why she's so fascinated by him. Hopefully that makes sense :P

Their convos mostly just consist of Jeff answering her questions and laughing at her face when he says a swear word.

3 - Not really

In my au, proxies usually die and then stay that age forever. They're like kind of immortal in the sense they can't really pass on, but they don't age. Like mentally or physically.

So when Val becomes a proxy at 19 she doesn't really grow any older. Theres not a canon version of her thats older than 19 years old.

the answer is yes :) i'm perfectly fine with people making their own interpretations of val, just as long as it doesn't stray too far away from her canon.

the only thing i'm not okay with is changing her race.. it would be different if she was white but she's canonically african american. I'd also prefer if people kept her albinism as well.

other than that feel free to ship her with whoever you'd like and rearrange her story however you see fit! cringe is dead! have fun! make mistakes!

i dont really support the use of character.ai and i'd prefer for my characters not to be created as bots there 😭

BUT i'm not trying to make you feel bad or call you out!! i went through a huge ai bot phase and i know you're not trying to cause any problems. I just dont like the thought of people using generative ai to create any type of media that involves my characters or interpretations

i reccomend just switching to fanfiction if you really want to see more content of ej x val. or you can just roleplay with another person on tumblr as ej and val, i'd honestly prefer that over using ai

i've mentioned it a few times but my creepypasta au is called "eat your heart out"!! i shorten it to eyho alot since i cant be bothered to write out the name in its entirety every single time lolz

i dont even really remember how i thought of it tbh.. i just know i was inspired by "i wanna eat your guts" by brujoari on tiktok. alex vargas give me one chance PLEASE 🙏

after awhile i had an idea that the name would have a double meaning.. okay i need to add context for the potential future here erm

i plan on making a webcomic at somepoint when im mentally stable and confident in my ability to draw in general. however far away in the future that is, i don't plan on abandoning it anytime soon. i worry sometimes that i'll get out of my creepypasta fixation before i ever get to start but even if that happens i'm not one to just throw away an idea and start completely over. most of the time.

what i mean is that if i lost interest the comic will probably still happen, just in a different way. i like to take scrapped ideas and turn them into somthing new alot :P

im planning on doing two seperate.. acts? seasons? sagas?? whatever phrase i decide to use in the future. The first one would be mainly centered on Jack and there woud be alot of animal lamb/wolf symbolism, i want the name of my au to be more literal with his part. Also cannibalism galore!! yay!!

The second one would mainly focus on Valerie and her past considering its unknown until that point. I'm always hesitant to talk about what I plan for her because I don't want to spoil it before i even begin creating it😭

anyways i will say i plan on a happy ending. because i dont think i have it in me to kill anyone off.. or do anything major thats sad anyways. i also plan on nearly everyone in the manor being a main character! i just want the plot to revolve mainly around jack and valeries relationship with each other. And valerie in general.

Also I still want to make a neocities for eyho, I'm just struggling with motivation when it comes to coding atm and it's hard to make a website responsive on most devices. I COULD make a carrd but i'd get too sad by the things i miss out on if i dont pay for carrd premium and then get pitied into buying it and to that i say I SHANT WASTE MY MOTHERS MONEY!! I CAN DO 80% OF THE THINGS ON CARRD MYSELF WITH HARDWORK, DEDICATION, AND THE IRON WILL OF A WOMAN STARVED FOR A PERSONAL WEBSITE DEDICATED TO HER CREATIONS!!

Also, slenderman has a deerskull for a head and i want to change his name but i'm not sure to what :/ Theres a creator on here that came up with "Somberman" and I think thats cool as hell but I want something more formal.. like a melancholy version of the operator. sigh..

GIMMIE THY VALACK RELATIONSHIP TINGS

well i suppose if the people want it i MUST to oblige.. sigh..

this post has no direct like.. format, i'm rlly just going off of what i want to talk about specifically.

Val :

Val loves Jack with everything in her being but she literally has no idea how to express it 😭. I've mentioned before that she very easily gets overwhelmed at any type of affection from Jack and she sometimes ends up acting a bit mean. Or um.. forgive me for the word I'm about to use.. like a tsundere 🌝

But it doesn't really impact their relationship because she's never mean enough to hurt his feelings and he understands affection is extremely hard for her.

She rarely initiates kisses/hugs but she has subtle ways of displaying when she wants them. Cuddling and taking naps is usually how they embrace each other since Val is usually too tired to get super overwhelmed.

She has alot of vulernability issues she's working through is what I'm trying to get at 😭 But it's okay because Jack's with her every step of the way and we love him for that

Jack :

It took a very long time for Jack to come to terms with his feelings for Val due to.. everything. The only part of the whole ritual thing he had really come to terms with was the fact that he wasn't really human anymore. Everything else he didn't cope with and he didn't realize until it was too late and uh oh he's in love again..

Anyways I won't go super into detail but when Valerie confessed, or tried to confess, he stopped her before she could finish and told her he didn't want to see her again and they had a huge fight blah blah conflict blah blah angst. They make up pretty quickly afterwards and then theres a heartfelt confession in the rain and then they kiss!! *fnaf yay sound effect*

Sometimes he still has breakdowns where he's convinced he's a monster and he worries he'll hurt her or something but Val always stops him from getting too deep into his thoughts and stays with him until it passes. They both kind of have the opposite probelm when it comes to things they need to work on. Valerie has issues with feeling vulnerable and Jack has issues with feeling dangerous.

He doesn't like scaring or intimidating people but he can't help it, it's just how he is and he hates himself for it. But at the same time he doesn't let himself get close enough to people for them to see a better side of him. However, he did manage to get close with Val and she's not scared of him at all. To her, he's just a boy who's convinced he's a monster and he can't figure out how to act human. And she loves him all the same despite it.

Together :

I've said it in a different post but their dynamic as a couple is kinda like mortia and gomez. They're weirdos who are hopelessly in love with each other, and they match each others freak. What's more romantic than being cannibals together??

There's alot of parallels between them (I think contronyms is a better word but whatever), like Valerie being a lamb and Jack being a wolf etc etc. Speaking of animals actually I love it when characters have an assigned animal, theres alot of different ones I've thought of for both Val and Jack. Val is a white dove, Jack is a black crow/raven Val is a white rabbit, Jack is a black cat

so different yet so similar i love these stupid creepy idiots you guys 😊
