About your post about Trump dismantling the DOE. You are 100% correct. The goal was to always gate keep education and also give states more rights around what they teach. So in theory obviously the “red” states will completely abolish the teaching of CRT which is fundamental in understanding the true history of this country.

In all honestly, what Trump is doing isn’t saving the US government any money. The federal DOE only contributes about 10% of funding to all schools. Meanwhile it’s actually state and local taxes that heavily fund schools.
