Today was my first day at Pigpimples Magic School. I was a nervous wreck to say the least but at the bus stop, my brother Dil and I were met with a bunch of Tuuns in a similar situation. Sweaty palms, churning stomaches, the whole nine yards, they had it! Surprisingly, I met some new friends. There was an Owltuun named Hermy Kettlefeather with a strange lightning bolt embedded on his forehead. He said he got it from a dark wizardtuun named Moldywart. There was the Ili Pika named Samson Confoody and the lovely Shelley Sheeperville, as lavish as cotton candy.

Then, oh god, there was the Smack Pack. Of course with any group of friends there has to be the group of bullies that turn the tiny Tuuns into punching bags. The leader of the Smack Pack was a weird antlered dude named Clint Borring who threatened to kill you if you made jokes about his last name. His cohorts included Melty Mike, Mushroom Midas and Kongstripes! Right before the bus rolled up, they tried to break our magic wands into two pieces!

Speaking of the bus, it had WINGS! It soared up to the bus stop like a cosmic, glittery eagle and whisked us away to the magic school. Inside, Dil and I made ourselves comfy in a nice little compartment where we reclined on cozy chairs and had candy for breakfast (no joke). There was chocolate covered marshmallow eyeballs, cinnamon fire eels, jollymint beans and a delicious Chocolot candy bar with twice the nougat. I was in sugar heaven.

When we got to the school, we had orientation. All the teachers seemed nice and to my surprise, the corridors smelled of BACON! Professor McDonaldgall gave us our schedules. The class I looked forward to the most was Potions and Brewing with Dr. Homer Funny. Then we made our way into the Great Hall for lunch. Small one eyed elves did a brief dance on top of the tables as they distributed the food to the students. Everyone thought it was cute. I thought it was lame. I'm too old for that sort of thing. How old am I anyway?

I looked over and there, seated at the head table were the Resisters themselves. Zappy was drinking wine, Kruonch was chatting with Professor Wonnakraker about giant robots, Siobhan was building a mashed potato volcano with gravy and Hampire was neck deep in a book, paying no attention to anyone (typical). After the feast, we were to attend another assembly in the school auditorium when Dil ran up to me and told me that Kongstripes had taken Shelley to the top of Root Beer Tower. He had apparently asked her on a date and she refused. In anger, the damn dirty ape grabbed her and ran away. I had to do something, I really liked Shelley. So I grabbed my wand, made my way to Root Beer Tower and prepared to ascend. It would have been an easy journey if Kongstripes didn't hurl root beer barrels down at me. Oh well, I was thirsty anyway. All they had at the feast was pumpkin juice. Yuck!

After I knocked Kongstripes over the head and he plummeted to the floor, I grabbed Shelley and we flew around the tower to safety. She was very grateful I saved her. She said that we should go get ice cream sometime. I blushed and said yes we should. And then we made our way to the auditorium. My first day at Pigpimples wasn't that bad all things considered. I look forward to the next couple days when I start my classes. On the bus ride home, I saw some strange looking cocoons. Imagine the size of those butterflies when they hatch!
