I haven't updated my blog in over a year and was quite content to let it fade into obscurity. But now I have finished my Sherlock Holmes Adaptation and need to promote it. So in the words of every theatre teacher ever. "THE SHOW MUST GO ON!"

The Mysterious Adventures of Doctor Watson Book One, The Great War.

A drama set in the final years of WW1 written from the perspective of Doctor Watson who is writing the book in 1940 for the first groups of soldiers returning home from France. As a way to bolster moral. Detailing her experience's with shell shock and what is now known as PTSD and how she recovered from the experience.

The Book does of course cover the murders and mysteries, but what is more important is how she is handling the experiences after her time at Ypres in Belgium. During the Battle of Paschendale. And how Sherlock Holmes and others help her to recover from the experience.

All I seem to do is plaster their dash with Doctor Who and other random stuff. But follow me they do, and I’m forever grateful for that. As soon as I’d watched Foyle’s War back in May, I sent them an ask telling them so, and I was welcomed into the fandom with open arms. Louis DeJoy, the Postmaster General and Trump appointee who is now dismantling the USPS on behalf of Trump, “serves at the pleasure of” and reports to the 6-member USPS Board of Governors. These six men have the power & duty to #StopDeJoy & prevent Election Day chaos. 5 of the 6 are Trump appointees, but retired Harvard lawyer (CCJ, @NastyOldWomyn) contributing this info on Twitter is clear that a relentless barrage of calls, emails, and other callings-out will absolutely get their attention. She says: · I’ve represented Boards as a lawyer, and I know “this kind of attention is not what they’ve signed up for. It’s disruptive to their day jobs, which is where they make their money.” · “None of the members wants to suffer reputational damage from overseeing the meltdown of USPS during a pandemic.
