Happy Birthday to a true genius, both in music and in life, who has the sweetest gummy smile, a beautiful laugh, a passion that knows no bounds, and who possesses some of the most savage bars and sickest flow that could end anyone's career!

We all know that he's a Sass Master and a Rap Legend as Agust D and SUGA, but Min Yoongi, the person behind the persona, is also a sensitive soul, and although he might not show it on camera, behind the scenes, he is always doing the most he can to show his love, care, and support to the rest of the boys.

He is a composer, a lyricist, a musician, a rapper, a vocalist, a dancer, a big brother, a proud dad to Min Holly, a visionary, a dreamer, a realist, a philosopher, and an overall inspiration for ARMYs everywhere. He's often shy about showing his affection, but when he does you know it comes straight from the heart. He's been through hell and back, both before BTS and after, and he shows us what hard work, perseverance, and ambition can amount to. He means the world to me, and it brings me so much joy to see how much happier he's been recently; however, on those inevitable darker days where life seems impossible to face, I also hope he remembers that he can find solace and comfort in those surrounding him. Here I go, not doing what I’m supposed to be doing as usual. (Which now is studying).

Anywho, I thought about this part (not Jungkook twerking but the rabbit in the moon :’D) 

You guys can yell at me if this has already been done. As we all know, Taehyung said he believed there were rabbits on the moon. 

BUT

There’s a Japanese tail about a rabbit in the moon where the Old Man on the Moon “..began to wonder about these animals that he knew only by sight. After a while he began to long to know them better.” 

The Old Man disguises himself as a beggar and tells the fox, monkey, and rabbit that he is old and tired and very hungry. All three animals scamper off for food. The monkey comes back with bananas, berries, and pears. The fox comes back with fresh fish. The rabbit, to no avail, scurries all around the forest only to find nothing. Upon his return he asks his friends to gather wood and start a fire because all he has to offer is himself. When he is about to throw himself into the fire the Old Man tosses aside his disguise and stops him. He says that his kindness is beyond price and wishes him no harm. In turn, he wants to take the rabbit home with him to watch over him forever. When the moon is full you can see the rabbit there resting in the man’s arms, helping him to watch over us all. 

Now, this is just my interpretation, but this could be indicative of BTSxARMY or BTS & each other. The most generous amongst them gives up themselves for the happiness and well-being of the others, whereas the other party lifts them up and protects them. 

Each member of BTS sacrifices their self in many ways. They sacrifice their time, personal lives, sometimes health, and many other things. We have seen through countless interviews, behind the scene videos, summer packages, concerts, etc. that all the members support and lift each other up when the others are feeling down. 

With many ARMY we lift them up with our encouragement and words. As Namjoon said in his UNICEF speech they “truly have the best fans in the world.” Many of us have supported them along the way throughout their hardships and successes. In return, they lift us up with their words of encouragement especially with Love Yourself. 

In ways we are the rabbit being protected by BTS and sometimes we are the Old Man taking them to the moon to rest in our arms forever. 

sidenote: I watched their reaction to the IDOL mv and one of them asked, “What’s with the rabbit?” So there’s that
