Think of a happy place? Ever heard that expression when you are feeling low or down? Well a little place I like to think of when I'm in a bad place is the outdoors, nature has this way of making things feel less stressful, ore consuming and full on. Even at the coldest, wettest and windiest moments, the outdoors is still at a slower pace of living than normal. Always remember where you are at your calmest and use that as a marker point, as your ERV so you can collect your thoughts and feelings and also always know if the bad weather sets in and your compass goes wrong there is always people and places to go and have a chat, talking is the strongest form of communication.
