For the fandom ask game, for Tiger & Bunny: could I please have 1, 3, 12, 22 for *rolls mental dice* Antonio and Ryan, and 23, please? 😊🩷

Alrighty! 1: OTP This is honestly a tricky one for both men, and people may be surprised by the answer. Who I pair Antonio with may change later since I still need to read the Manga, but I do picture him as having a 'buried so deep he doesn't acknowledge it' crush on Kotetsu and used to have one on Tomoe as well but of course kept his lips shut (which also answers the OT3 question for him as well haha). With *just* the anime taken into account, his crush on Agnes isn't belivable, you 100% need supplementary material to even have his 'I'm trying to get *Agnes* a gift' thing at the end of S2 come across as believable and not just a cheap expectation divergence for the sake of it. So right now it's kind of, no OTP for him, but Antonio/Kotetsu is crammed into a little box in the corner in my head. As for Ryan, I don't ship him with anyone too strongly bc the only 'older' (aka mid 30s at youngest in my head) women in the show are Agnes and Nathan, and whilst either could be interesting in theory I don't think it would work out for either of them lol. I'm a Ryan Milf Hunter truther, meaning I don't ship him with Karina at all. Like, I dunno man, him flirting with her mother right in front of her is kinda sending clear signals to me. Someone please write Golden Ryan x MILF!Reader fics I think that would be funny.

3: NoTP This one is also tricky. I classify a NOTP as something that is able to render me physically uncomfortable if discussed, which aside from some generally obvious child / adult ships and similar ships in here, I don't think I have that reaction to anything. Closest is for Antonio is that I think Ivan is allowed to have a crush on him but Antonio would like, nephew-zone him, much like how Kotetsu has niece-zoned Karina at least twice now. And similarly while not exactly an NOTP for Ryan, I again just don't see him with Karina, she's not in the age bracket he's interested in; too young.

12: Funniest/Craziest AU? Honestly there's not a lot of AUs I can think of that revolve specifically around a character. Antonio has a bit of a sad one I have saved for him so it's not applicable here, but for Ryan I *did* write a fic where he and Ivan go to the beach bc he wants to help Ivan 'hunt for babes', that was pretty fun to write. Molly comes with, btw. But I don't consider that an AU bc I tried to keep it canon compliant, so...yeah, don't have much for ryan, at the moment.

22: Give us a HC Antonio - He's secretly semi-fluent in Japanese because he wanted to learn due to being friends with Kotetsu and Tomoe and wanting to communicate with them in private when in public (at least when in Sternbild). Ryan - Everyone seems to make fun of just how *fake* of a shade of yellow his hair is, but it's also very hard to get it to that colour if your hair is naturally dark (everyone remember Morita's The Live Incident? Bleached his hair so hard by best he could achieve was some cherry red-brown). Naturally, Ryan is a Platinum Blond like Ivan is, but with the colour being so un-vibrant combined with Ryan's desire to stand out, he dyes it a horrific yellow.

23: Has Fav ship changed overtime? Across all fandoms and my time being alive, certainly. As a young kid I got into Avatar, as one does, and something both outright turned me off from Katara with Aang and hooked me on Katara with Zuko. I don't know, I think it's just a difference of how chemistry can be forced in terms of writing. Tunnel of Love is the bane of like 8yo me's existence is all i'm gonna say.

Next I moved onto sonic and oh man there were so many goddamn ships. Sticking strictly to Canon on Canon, I think my first fav sonic ship was Tails and Cream, and currently it's Sonic with either Blaze or Knuckles (though for Sonaze specifically I view it as starcrossed and I do have a fic idea on exploring that *evil laughs*). If anyone wants a thicker rundown of the sonic ship timeline feel free to ask for 23 again and state sonic only lolll

Then I caved into despair like lord Enoshima would have wanted and got a double whammy of Hetalia and Danganronpa around the same timeframe. For Hetalia, you can rip the old bickering married couple of France and England from my cold dead hands, and then I had several for Danganronpa but the one I think I championed for the hardest out of sheer 'it's getting drowned out by the less interesting shit' was Shuichi x Kaito. Like, my guys, Shuichi catches HIS GAY THOUGHTS ON KAITO IN THE MIDDLE OF AN FTE. I genuinely don't know how other ships have stronger bases bc of that one moment. But also, that would require the DR fandom to know how to read, so (/j).

And then came Persona 5. So many good ships in here, I still adore stuff like Joker with both Yusuke and Ryuji, and I also got a soft spot for Ryuji with Yusuke or Haru. (In fact I have an AU fic I promise I havent abandoned abt Ryukita. The two men are early 20s in the fic with jobs and Ryuji is even a single father.)

And now we arrive at present time, where these petty argument idiots have taken over my brain, send help. Honourable mention will have to go to Keith with Cis bc that episode completley destroyed me it's like a brain worm and I cannot pluck it out.

i loved your little lighthouse au “if i did write this i would do X” (which btw i love when my fav writers do! I know you guys write fic in your freetime so its really cool to read about the plot bunnies that dont make it to the final cut and hear the ideas even without all the work of writing and dialogue, etc.)! i especially love how Ivan’s happy ending is like, “ah yes. Me and Fedya on a boat, in the middle of nowhere just sailing together. Alone. Minimal interaction with other people. Preferably no other people for long stretches of time. All our attention on each other. Will not have to converse with dumbasses and just spend all day with my ray of sunshine. Fedya looking cute in nature is a bonus.” And Fedyor’s is also like, “yup, all of Vanya’s attention on me, not being bothered by anyone else and ivan being hot and shirtless doing sailing things.”

Okay but LOOK AM I WRONG THOUGH.

I can't imagine Ivan ever being happier in his whole damn life than if he could just spend all day out on a boat with absolutely nobody but Fedyor, and the impossibility of literally anyone else talking to him unless he was properly forewarned that they were going to do so. As for Fedyor, they would go ashore often enough at various ports that he would get to talk to people from all over the world and see new places, and then he could go back to the boat with Ivan and sail off to the next. I think this would be a DEEPLY popular course of action with both of them. Truly.

And thanks! I do like this idea very much, so I may put it on the list of "things I vaguely may write at some point," which doesn't by any means guarantee that I will, but still. Reasons.

1. what are the basics of your self insert? name, date of birth, height, etc.?

Luna Cooper is my Tiger and Bunny S/I!! They use she/they pronouns (leaning more towards they/them) and their birthday is September 21st! They're about 5'5'' (~165 cm) tall. Most of Luna's personality is taken from my own awkwardness and sarcasm.

2. when in canon does your self insert come in? do you have a scene in mind for your entrance?

Ironically enough, I'm working on that! I'm a little behind, but the fic 'Luna Cooper's Terrible* Week' involves the first few scenes between them and my f/o, Kotetsu! Luna is an office worker on the south side of Sternbild, working for a not-so-reputable energy company when they're suddenly flung into the world of heroes by complete accident (sorry, Luna, guess we're making friends now..)

Timeline-wise their entrance is set somewhere post-season 1/The Rising and pre-season 2!

3. how do the other characters generally feel about your self insert?

For the most part, Luna puts on a very shy and socially awkward outward appearance, so I think one of their closer friends would be Ivan, and Barnaby would be another close friend that would help Luna come out of their shell more! Not to be cliche, but the entire first league would ABSOLUTELY tease Kotetsu for his crush on Luna

4. would you be considered a main character, side character, villain, or something else?

1000% side character - noooo I dont wanna be dragged into the spotlight nooo !! -luna, probably (will get dragged into being a main character against their will)

5. does your self insert have any special powers or abilities?

Luna's NEXT power is temperature control! They've had it since they were little; it first manifested when Luna had a raging fever when they were young and they managed to break it without any help - now their power is used in pretty mundane ways, like heating up coffee or cooling off a room. It's usually not a very big area of effect, but it's still pretty useful!

6. does your self insert have any pets?

Just one - a long, white cat with blue eyes. Her name is Snowdrop and she's Luna's emotional support animal! They got Snowdrop just before they dropped out of college.

7. would any other characters (besides your f/o) have a crush on your self insert?

I think a lot of other characters would have strong platonic or familial feelings for Luna; they'd see them as a younger sibling or someone to protect.

8. what is your self insert’s orientation?

Nonbinary and bisexual! Just like me frfr

9. who are your self insert’s closest friends?

Like I said earlier, Ivan! Barnaby and Karina would also take a more 'older brother/sister' role when helping protect Luna from the villains.

10. how do the other characters feel about your self insert and f/o’s relationship?

They'd definitely want both of them to confess ASAP so Kotetsu can go back to focusing! on! the mission! C'mon, we don't have all day!!

side note: now I want to write a one-shot where Ivan uses his power to turn into Luna; then Kotetsu practices asking Luna out with Ivan + the others (this would be hilarious)

11. what kind of outfit(s) does your self insert wear?

Sweaters and jeans, for the most part! Due to their NEXT power, it's honestly a little hard for them to regulate their own body temperature - especially if Luna tries to adjust a large area. Extreme colds and extreme hots tend to make Luna feverish, so they try to dress for the weather (which may include many, many layers)

Luna also wears glasses (my only s/i to do so) but they also have contact lenses for if glasses are too much of a hassle

12. how would the fandom view your character?

Knowing fandom, they'd probably infantilize them. Luna gives off a very shy energy, but they're also quick-witted and sarcastic - also super good with organizing events, managing people, implementing ideas, etc - so there's a lot more to Luna than just their social awkwardness!

13. does your self insert have any information about their family?

Yes! Luna's an only child, with an extremely overprotective mother (Saffire) and father (Clint). They don't have any siblings, and any extended family is distant.

14. what hobbies does your self insert have?

Video games! Luna loves JRPGs and otome games - they tend to bring their Switch with them to work on occasion - Kotetsu finds out about this and Luna is a little embarrassed, but they teach Kotetsu how to play a few games as well!

15. how does your self insert play a role in the plot of the story? do they help directly defeat the villain, support the heroes, etc.?

Same with being the side character, Luna definitely wants to play a supporting role. They're happy being a manager or running to get coffee!

Luna struggles with affection a lot, so whenever Kotetsu is like ">:3c i am going to hug you now" they just. absolutely bluescreen early on in the relationship

Once upon a time, there was a great man named Hawks, a man who valiantly carries his agency on his shoulders and takes his employees under his great big red wings (which are great, btw). One Monday morning, Hawks walks into his building to see his PR representatives unfortunately deprived of sleep. A tragedy. Ivan is chewing paper, Bunny is struggling to keep her claws from the coffee machine, and Simba is shitposting out of habit like a zombie.

So, the legend himself, Hawks—kind, caring, compassionate Hawks—decides to rescue his precious staff whose faces are covered by the mountains of paperwork (thanks, Tanaka from accounting).

Hawks puts his hands on his hips and surveys room trashed by stray paper. He whistles, and it sounds like a harp an angel plays. “Man, Tanaka really crunched the wrong numbers here,” he says. The dashing young hero moves to release his reps from guweh;guhegfq;u4;8oyt2882579826583yfhi--

The truth of what happened, as narrated by PR rep Bunny:

The Winged Headass: Hawks stumbled into his overworked PR Team's office an hour later than agreed with a half-melted frappe in one hand and a suspiciously large bouquet of flowers in the other, soot-stained face as guilty as ever.

"Guys," he called out hesitantly, "how much trouble am I going to be in if I started a new fried chicken meme? Hypothetically, of course."

Rep Simba, the only reason Hawks hasn't been banned from Twitter in 240 characters or less, raised her head from the keyboard. "Hypothetically," she drawled, "I'm going to personally see to it that you're banned from every KFC in a fifty mile radius for the next month."

"Hypothetically, I'm going to take two weeks off, paid and let you handle this yourself." Rep Ivan, dead tired to the point of delirium in the form of chewing up complaint forms- many, many complaint forms- didn't even bother to open her eyes.

Rep Bunny, currently breaking an astounding all time record of two days without caffeine, yet somehow still twitching, fixed Hawks with a glare. "Hypothetically," she said, "I'm going to wreck your shit."

Hawks cleared his throat awkwardly, like the awkward dumbass he is, and gently set the bouquet between the three overworked saints and his southern-fried dumbassery. "Well, then I didn't start a new meme about fried chicken being a euphemism for sex."

Rep Bunny didn't bother to look at the horror on sweet, pure Rep Simba's face as her laptop started pinging with notifications. She nailed him in the head with a chipped Ryuuku mug.

1. Can you explain your favorite color without saying what it is?

This is a hard one, especially since I suck at describing things and the irony of me being a writer...well, it’s dark, yet calming. It can remind you of a dark and cool night where gold star shine their purpose. It’s a water reflecting a mix of night.

2. Describe your favorite thing about one of the people you’ve met online.

We can both fangirl over every husband anime we have claimed, and the continuous talks have always made my days. I love to hear about her day, hearing her talk about her favorite anime/game husbandos and her kind heart <3

3. How are you feeling today and can you find a quote to go with it?

These past two weeks have been very challenging, and mostly because I have been trying to learn to cope with my anxiety and calm it down when I am at work. I conquered many fears while I was doing it, but even so I remember crying all the anxiety out after work. If you have anxiety or have similar situations you may understand how hard it is to keep it in and then finally it comes out. So right now, I am okay (since it is Sunday), but I am at the same time worried about Monday for work.

4. Did anything memorable happen this year?

Many things that I would consider memorable. I got my license which I never thought I would, and I got a job! And I was able to visit Japan again <3 and lastly, graduated with my Bachelor’s and started on graduate school. Hoping next year continues to bless me, and others.

5. What genre/type of book do you typically avoid? What would change your mind about it?

Oh, that is a good question. I usually avoid non-fiction, mainly because some can bore me, BUT if they are interesting like real crime books, and ones I can learn about interesting people, then I read them.

6. Dark, milk, white, or no chocolate?

Most definitely dark chocolate!

7. What’s something that you’ve learned as you’ve aged?

Nothing goes as planned, but having some sort of plan does help. Adult life isn’t easy, and people paint this picture of what it is. The truth is, it isn’t pretty, but life is about learning new things every day, and making mistakes is how you will learn more. Don’t be afraid of the unknown <3.

8. What’s your favorite thing about your favorite holiday?

I love Christmas! There is something about this holiday that gives me peace, and I just love that feeling Christmas brings. It’s hard to explain, but Christmas reminds me how lucky I have been every year despite the challenges.

9.  Are you more intrigued by the past or the future?

You know, it’s a mix of the two. I like to learn about the past in hopes the future becomes a better place. The past has been ugly, and although that can never change, the future can. And one of the things I love to see about the future is how things progress whether it be morals, technology, and watching and hearing kids wanting to do better for the world.

10. Where did you get your taste in music?

I have a weird taste in music, especially since I like to listen to soundtracks. I absolutely love them (Ivan Torrent Reverie album is amazing). I think they started when I listened to anime soundtracks and then youtube just recommending more different ones. As far as music with lyrics, I get it from my mother. She loves latin music, so I listen to it in my car haha.

1. Is there something you can do or do better than your family?

You know, I don’t know, but maybe take in information a bit differently. My mother has always told me I am a fast learner and have a good memory of news, facts, history, etc. so she says I am good with academics - that’s it haha.

2. If you had the chance to be with whoever you wanted for a weekend, regardless of status/cultural differences/ect., what would you do with them?

Oh, I would pick Ellen! I want to have a deep conversation, and just thank her for being such a humble human being. I love her so much, and I hope to meet her someday, but Barack Obama is on this list, too.

3. What is your favorite time of year and why?

Fall season for me because I love that I can finally use my boots that have been dusting up in my closet. I live in Arizona, btw. And also I can wear more jeans, and long sleeves. I hate shorts and stuff haha.

4. Who was your first character crush?

That would have to be Ichigo from Bleach. I mean, he is still cute, but I have others who are at the top of the list hehe.

5. What was your future dream when you were a kid?

Becoming a teacher. Don’t know why, but I had always wanted to be a teacher not to teach them because I know kids can teach me so much more than I can.

This one is tough, but I would pick Movie/Manga vs Anime, but books can be included, too!

7. What is the fondest memory you have in regards to practical scaring another person?

Since I was little (and before my mother married my stepdad), I was living with my grandmother, aunt, and my mother in an apartment and I would love to wait for them to come out of the bathroom, and I just pop out from the side. They would laugh and then get angry.

8. Is there anything from your childhood that you think that should be brought back? ie. a toy, game, candy, fashion, show, etc.

This is coming back (I think?) but oversized denim jackets. I just love them <3

9. If there was one thing you could change in the world today, and it would be universal, what would it be?

Government corruption. Period. I think it has ruined so many innocent families, and I just wish these people would be gone.

10. What was your favorite subject in grade school and is it still your favorite now? Yes, no, what?

Math. I enjoy it; it’s like a puzzle. Although I saw that the method they do things now in grade school has changed!

11. What are you looking forward to this Christmas?

Food! And the beautiful Christmas lights. Sometimes the lights really put a little joy in me.

“I don’t know,” Allen says with his tongue running over his teeth. He has that shit eating grin on that he knows most people hate but he doesn’t particularly care. Alfred is in front of him with his arms crossed over his bare chest looking very unimpressed with Allen’s entire existence. Arthur pinches the bridge of his nose, one arm lazily around Oliver who has not stopped cooing since he saw him.

“This is one big headache,” Yao says, yipping loudly when Zao tries his damnedest to flip the skirt of his outfit up. He slaps the other but it doesn’t deter Zao from following after like some sort of sick puppy.

“I kind of like it,” Louis announces plainly, boldly eyeing Francis up and down. The other, now thankfully in his original adult form thanks to a kindness from Oliver, blows a kiss and does absolutely nothing to hide himself with the skimpy apron given to him.

Ivan whimpers in shame, still hiding on the ground with a metal street cover over his body. Vlad is near him standing tall and acting as a shield. He has already given over his coat to make it so Ivan has more to cover him up. Both of them are embarrassed and awkwardly not talking to each other.

“Found you!” The group’s attention turns to Antonio walking towards them with bunny ears on his head and a sunshine smile on his face. Flavio is following behind with his sunglasses lowered to take in the sight that is everyone in their skimpy outfits. Lovino and Santiago are behind him with deadpan and disturbed expressions.

“Isn’t this fun!” Antonio laughs brightly and there are a few glares sent his way which he ignores to the full extent. He barely explains himself when Yao stomps over to him.

“This is your fault!” Yao screeches and whacks Antonio on the back of his head. Zao takes the chance to wrap his arms around Yao and pull him into his lap to cuddle him fully. Allen has slid his way to Alfred to try and untie his own skimpy apron. The squabbling starts while Lovino and Santiago debate if they should just leave to go get coffee, or some sanity.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” Ludwig’s voice carries in the open field and Lutz doesn’t bother to hide the smirk on his face. Ludwig pushes down the dress that covers his body so this way Lutz can’t try and sneak his way back under it.

“Stay out,” Ludwig barks but Lutz snickers and shakes his head in a clear way to show he has no intention of doing such. He goes back to nuzzling Ludwig to soothe his nerves while Gilbert laughs with him.

“Chill out bro this is fine,” Gilbert’s outfit is way worse, only a pair of bunny ears and a skimpy apron to cover his body. Klaus is firmly red next to him, laughing into his hands and trying to keep his eyes away from Gilbert’s exposed chest. 

“This will be fun,” Gilbert says half hearted, pulling Klaus in for a cuddle.

“As soon as every one else shows up I guess..” He ends lamely. Ludwig huffs and pushes Lutz in a futile attempt to get him to stay away.

Kiku sips his tea calmly with a soft smile on his face. He decided not to go out today and really doesn’t regret his choice. The outfit he received and the threatening letter seemed of little to no consequence to him. He’s been in enough stupid positions to know he can get past whatever is thrown his way.

“Bam!” Kiku looks up and almost snorts his tea up his nose. Kuro is in the doorway with the maid outfit Kiku received on his body, rocking every inch of lace that could possibly be there.

“Kuro please,” Kiku tries to reason with him but Kuro at this point is having to much fun twirling and showing off his legs.

“I look good,” He says.

“You look stupid,” Luciano hisses at him from around the corner. Feli peeks out around him in the kitchen from where he’s making food.

“Aw so cute!” He says and then returns to his business with Luciano to help him. Feli received an outfit and letter about his embarrassing picture. He then found the picture and laughed his head off at it, deeming it not worth his time either. Together they decided to have lunch.

“Where’s Ludwig?” Kiku asks. He’s answered by a collective unknown answer. He shrugs and continues to sip his tea with Kuro’s head in his lap. It’s a peaceful day for him.

Matt twitches in his spot. He twists the bottle of beer in his hand like it’s the only thing holding him to where he is.

“Matt? You okay?” Matthew wraps his arms around his shoulders and Matt is snapped back to his own right mind. He shrugs with a grunt.

“I just feel like, we’re missing something.” He mumbles. Matthew hums and sits on the couch next to him, hockey on the screen, and the window open to let in the air. Kumajiro and Kuma are on the floor laying on top of each other.

“I received an odd letter today,” Matthew starts and he sips his own maple beer. Matt just kind of looks at him waiting to explain further.

“I got an apron and bear ears with it.” He says with his expression morphing into nervous. Matt looks to the screen instead.

“Maybe you could show me?” He asks then grimaces wondering if he really should have asked that. Matthew giggles softly and takes another swig of his beer.

“Maybe I can,” He says. Matt nods his head but his cheeks burn red. He’s not sure if he should thank who ever decided to send Matthew such a thing or be very worried about why it happened in the first place.
