HOWDY Y’ALL!!! Here follows spring’s experimental posting schedule. Posting Days will be every other day on an alternating basis— Monday, Wednesday, and Friday one week, then Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday the next. This is subject to change but will be solidly nailed down by March.

- Monday: Mystery Monday specials (“Across The Sands” oneshots, standalones, shortfic chapters, surprise longfic updates, and more!!!)

- Tuesday: “Psychological Warcare” (Now a series!!!)

- Wednesday: “Blood On Daisies” (A Jason Todd Gets Adopted By The Drakes platonic ABO fic.)

- Thursday: “Burning Rubber” (My first M/F fic featuring our favorite red archer!!! Warnings will be tagged/listed but are expected to stay rated for Teen. Themes will include NASCAR racing, illegal street racing, and typical superhero/undercover operation shenanigans.)

- Friday: “Merry Men” shortfics/chapters/specials (Marcus Durelio is about to get pulled into a whole lot of Bat-Brand Chaos!!!)

- Saturday: “The Kiss of Death” (A highkey spiritual passion project featuring the close brothership of Jason Todd & Roy Harper.)

- Sunday: “The Nature of Addiction” (A platonic ABO dealing with Roy Harper’s addiction to alpha venom.)

Every story’s less serious tags will be updated as I post, and content warnings will be listed as far ahead of time as I can think of them, including in the direct chapter notes. If this schedule works out, y’all will be getting an update every other day!!! (I tasted the posting rush of Whumptober an’ instantly wanted more.)

New pipelines and gas plants, built specifically for AI The growth of AI has been called the “savior” of the gas industry. In Virginia alone, the data center capital of the world, a new state report found that AI demand could add a new 1.5 gigawatt gas plant every two years for 15 consecutive years. And now, as energy demand for AI rises, oil corporations are planning to build gas plants that specifically serve data centers. Last week, Exxon announced that it is building a large gas plant that will directly supply power to data centers within the next five years. The company claims the gas plant will use technology that captures polluting emissions—despite the fact that the technology has never been used at a commercial scale before.

Letter to Reps:  

I don’t think power plants should ever exist solely to provide power to some tech company. The infrastructure needs and the living environment of the local population should always come first.

reading all of the marvel comics in order or release day 1,,, will i give up or pull through,,,

starting w Marvel Comics 1939 issue #1

the writing style is waaay different than modern comics, a lot more focus on the narration than the pictures, also much more low stakes plot so far as of the human torch's intro.

the angel has so much text and the same shape and size panel repeating for so long make it annoying to get through. i feel like the plot was slightly more complex than expected what with the antagonists backstabbing each other.

submariner has less text and i think its interesting that right off the bat, the human race is established as the enemy.

masked raider - classic western.

jungle terror - eh. sort of indiana jones vibes ig. feels somewhat racist

burning rubber - not particularly interesting, but nice that they used to include short stories as well, kind of wish they still did that.

adventures of kazar the great - tarzan, jungle book type. having both this and jungle terror in the same volume definitely make me think that the u.s. was having that weird obsession w the wilderness of other countries that they have every now and then
