I’m SO TIRED today my guys 😪! But as usual, I got shit to do! Today’s plans are cleaning and rearranging some furniture in my room (don’t worry, my carer is helping; no heavy lifting for me!), sorting done medical paperwork and phone call out, and then a nice, relaxing pamper sesh! I’ve had such a lovely few weeks, despite my adventure to hospital on Friday 💖 but I’ve been super busy, and I’m feeling it! Definitely need an early night tonight! Good morning y’all! I know I’ve been pretty quiet the last few days, but don’t worry,I’m okay! I’ve been REALLY busy, and also processing some big changes we’ve planned with my palliative care team, plus still dealing with my nausea like a boss 💪🏻 This morning I’m going swimming 🏊🏻‍♀️ and then I’ve got a physio therapy appointment; it’s especially important to work with a physio therapist when you have a degenerative condition, even when you’re active and on the ball physio wise like myself, because they can often spot deterioration before you (because for you the loss of function can creep up so slowly you don’t notice) and then help you combat it 💪🏻 Expect me to bombard you with some excellent photos from the last few days later 😜😁!
