I think what annoys me the most with this 911 S8 development is that now whatever plot points they push forward (and wether I like it or not), I won’t get invested because there’s a big chance it won’t be developed at all or well 😅

As a Orpheus/Eurydice lover I am not really vibing with retellings or iterations of them where Eurydice hates Orpheus’ music and his optimism. I don’t really understand the appeal of making Eurydice more interesting by making her hate the one guy who she loves in the myths.

sO my Sans OC heh, still have a lot to work with. But! I made a short speedpaint of Sef and her wife! _(:з)∠)_

⚠️(FLASH WARNING)

Long plot below :D that can explain the video a bit.

Sef, is my Sans OC set in an AU where they are Gaster's Older Friend and Battle Partner in the Human-Monster War. 

She was a Frontlines Soldier amongst the other Skeletons and her task was breaking through the Human's defenses.

Ironically, she fell in love with a human woman from the enemy side and their soul's bonded as one.

Both abandoned the war, betraying both their sides, and chose to live in hiding until the Humans won the War sealing the Monsters Underground. 

Finding out the Monsters lost the war, Sef wanted to break the barrier and save her friends, thus her Wife tried to make her stay. 

Resulting in Sef's skull being cracked, and her arm torn off by her Wife who refused to let her go. IN agony, Sef tore her soul in half and broke their soul bond. 

Their once fused magic bounced back at each other, and during this chaotic moment, Sef fled to Mount Ebott and fell into the hole and was trapped amongst the other Monsters.

She lived with guilt for running away with "the enemy" and so she and Gaster, did everything they could to find a way to break the barrier. 

Gaster made Sans & Papyrus in the Labs, using a bit of Sef's bone. -> a'lil bit of Handplates plot

Sef made her two children using the remaining magic of her human wife's magic left in her torn soul. 

[Sef doesn't intervene in the Handplates AU, once Sef's two children were made, she dipped and went "missing" in the Underground.]

Sef never hated her wife btw. And her wife also happened to birth their first child. Technically Sef has 3 children, but Sef never met one of them.

She is currently of Granny Status. Outliving her wife and kids.

just rewatched WoT's The Road to the Spear (and now looking at screencaps to draw) and it's still genuinely one of the best tv episodes i've ever seen. dreamscape/vision episodes of television so often fail because they're usually an attempt to explain some complicated history/character beat/etc that can't be done through normal avenues but so many writers are chronically afraid of leaving things up to the audience to decipher on their own that you might as well just turn to the camera and monologue for five minutes. but godddd this episode understands visual storytelling and is so good at assembling puzzle pieces that were laid out from s1. i wish i had something intelligent to say but i just keep keyboard smashing. anyways please watch Wheel of Time so you can go insane with me.

i've been working on a kinda lineup for our main quartet in the chrysanthemums are burning, and with maya done there's only franziska left... who i'm being a coward about drawing- cuz she has feathers and big ass wings (there's a reason phoenix is in his human form here LMAO i need to practice drawing feathers-)

okay for ME the reason i never liked zepotha but loved goncharov is simply bc zepotha doesnt sound like noises that belong together. it sounds like a mispronunciation. meanwhile goncharov is real and moves your mouth correctly.
