Vent post ugh
#last day or so has been spent feeling like im the absolute worst for no clearly defined reasons#but its made communicating a struggle bc every message im internally like. well that was the worst thing possible to reply with#or oooo youre not even replyyyying fuck youuuu#so yeah sorry#also the work anxiety is getting worse and i seriously need a chunk of time off soon#ive booked like a week off at the end of this month i think#but. yeah. lot of brainpower atm being devoted to my internal monologue being like#guess you should die! *shrug*#not in any serious way dw its just. draining.
