What's the ideal tattoo aftercare? I was actually planning on getting a tattoo a few months ago and then that never actually really worked out so I put the idea on the backburner. But if I WERE to choose to get one I'm a bit obsessive about making sure things are safe. And not having an infected tattoo seems like the first step.

in which mrs snow finds something she must keep. and who his coriolanus to tell her no?

the garden behind the presidents mansion was beautiful, no doubt about it. coriolanus snow married his wife back there and he watched her from the window of their bedroom as she worked in it in all her free time and whenever the uv was above a 7.

he insisted he hire a gardener to “protect her pretty hands” but she declined over and over again. it was her outlet. her one “real” hobby that didn’t involve hiding away in the grand library coriolanus built for her.

large green bushes she trimmed so delicately and the stone path she’d managed to put in place her self. orange, red, pink, and yellow flowers everywhere with small blue ones trickled without. coriolanus had put a picnic table in it where they ate on occasion.

the only thing she didn’t like was the fence that guarded it to keep people and cameras out. it wasn’t very pretty, but as first lady secret services insisted, and so did coriolanus. it kept her hard work from public eye and left it only to be seen in photos inside magazines that didn’t do it justice. but the fence seemed to have failed.

kneeled in dirt, her gold necklace with a ‘C’ engraved in it hanging over it, she planted strawberry seeds in hopes they’d actually be good this year. focused on what she was doing, trying to avoid a repeat of last years berries, her focus dropped as she heard a weak meow. she turned around, only to hear it again. she stood, wiping her dirty hands on her pants, walking along the path in hopes of finding the source when suddenly she saw her.

a small kitten. she was light brown with dark spots, almost like a cheetah. mrs snow had not a clue how the animal had gotten in, but it must’ve been fate, she thought. “hi,” she whispered, kneeling down and gently reaching forward. the kitten meowed and she took that as her way of saying “yes, you can pick me up.”

she held the kitten all day long, leaving her in her lap when she read and holding her in one arm as she helped one of the snow’s maids, clarissa, with a task. she was already in love with the small animal as she waited for her husband to get home, ready to beg and plead to keep it.

“hmm,” she hummed gently to the kitten. she sat in her lap at the piano, mrs snow’s fingers gently playing soft chords as she stared down at her. “what about… lorelei?” the kitten stood and did a little spin bringing a laugh out of her. “you like that?”

“like what?” coriolanus echoed from the foyer, dropping his keys on the table. “i didn’t know you were having company, darli-”

“suprise,” she said with a smile, standing from the bench, holding the kitten to her chest. “i found her in the garden. i don’t know how she got in but,” she frowned, running a finger down her nose. “it rained last night, it must’ve been awful.”

coriolanus stood over her, a firm hand on her shoulder. “well, you must know we can’t keep it,” he said as if it was obvious. his hand brushed over his wife’s head, refusing to acknowledge the cat because he was sure if he did he’d give in.

“no i don’t. why can’t we?” she moved out from his touch, holding the kitten up to his eyes. “please, coryo?”

“no,” he swallowed, doing his best not to give into her temptation. they couldn’t have a cat. it didn’t seem… scary to him. not presidential, not like the pet of a man who led a country and 12 districts.

but his wife was persistent. she frowned up at him, holding the cat to her chest as she purred. “coryo,” she whined. “look at her. she’s just a baby. her mom was out of sight, i looked, and she already likes me. she even picked out her name.”

“i said-”

“please?” she gave him her best puppy eyes, her free hand on his chest.

coriolanus bit the inside of his cheek before sighing. “i guess.” he stumbled back as his wife pulled him into a side hug, kissing his cheek over and over again. red lipstick prints covered his face as she offered him the cat which he took with a small smirk. “what name did she pick?”

“lorelei,” she smiled.

“hm,” he nodded, holding the creature awkwardly. “i like it.” after a few moments he looked up. “you’re impossible to say no to, you know that?”

his wife only smiled, placing a hand on his shoulder. “you love me.”

“you’re a master manipulator and i’m an easy target or i love you, call it what you want.”

“i’ll call it you love me,” she said, standing on her tiptoes to kiss him softly.

“then i guess i’ll call it that, too,” he said, his arm holding her close to him as the pair smiled at the new member of their family.

Sometimes, Lorelei thought she was going CRAZY most days after everything. She'd have nightmares, see that-that THING, those monsters. Most days she just wanted to be a normal teenager again and not have to feel paranoid every minute. With everything that had happened in the past few years though, she knew that was beyond reach now. What little bit of normalcy she got to experience, she DEVOURED when she could.

To think she wanted to be a star. Broadway and singing was a far off dream now.

"Do-do you ever feel like things will be normal again?" Lorelei questioned, her voice almost a whisper as she tilted her head, blue hues glancing to Jonathan. Her expression was soft, SAD even.

Though she couldn't begin to imagine what he must have felt, when Will went missing, when the Mind Flayer took over his little brother. If that had ever happened to Dustin, she would have been DEVASTATED. It's why she felt she had to be on top of everything all the time, to keep her brother SAFE.

Oh, what she wouldn't give to feel safe again, to make sure her brother kept out of trouble. The thought of losing him in any capacity absolutely TERRIFIED her to her core. A few tears had formed in her eyes and she had to blink them back, wiping them with the back of her sleeve as she managed a laugh.

"God, sorry," she laughed out before sucking in a breath. "I'm not strong, not really." Lorelei glanced down to her hands, her fingers twisting together nervously.

As a pearl farmer- you have heard your fair share of songs of the sea- of tales and folk lore of the sea. You enjoy learning about the various ways various cultures, your own and those from other places viewed the sea- and the tales they tell and the songs they sing of it.

As you are walking along the dock to head to your ship- you are going be going to your oyster farm- your farm that you lovingly tend to- one that has been in your family for generations. And hopefully, will be for generations more.

"Merrily we sailed along," You sing along to the song, bobbing your head as you do so- you are usually quite observant, one must be while out on the seas. But you don't see a large shadow darting around your boat and sneaking up on you.

A familiar- and clever entity- Imhoden, the Thousand Son Psyker who had Bonded to you. He's a wonderful, if slightly mischievous presence. Full of knowledge- and curiosity. He helps dive for the pearls- and find lost farms to get pulled up. He claims to sing to the oysters to produce more luminescent pearls. "And all the winds would bow down to the Lorelei."

You aren't sure how much you believe that- but he's helped you gather and make quite a tidy sum. Your pearls sell well online to your fellow humans. Also- Imhoden's brothers- and cousins also like to trade for your pearls too.

"Who is this fearsome magical being that you speak of?" A deep voice asks.

You jump and turn and say, "Imhoden! For someone so large you are so quiet at times."

"Sorry for startling you," Imhoden apologized.

"I forgive you- what was your question?" You say with a sigh.

"The song- this Lo-ra-lie you sang of, who are they?" He asks.

"Oh - the song Lorelei, uh, as far as I know it's just a song." You say with a shrug, "My grandma would tell us stories about stories of the sea- and teach us songs."

"That's wonderful." Imhoden says with a small smile.

💕Um.. love-making..?: most probably not, he's busy being Villain TM. But if you do manage to, he'll end up leaving you unsatisfied or humiliated, tossing you away like a rag doll -anything to make you think he's a bad guy (He's not. But you have to, otherwise The Other might hurt you too.)

TDW Loki: he'd still keep up the A1 facade and if you still want him, he'll be mean and act borderline disrespectful, claiming it's your duty as his wife. But in reality, he only wants to hurt you because spending the rest of his life locked up will be easier with you hating him. Looks at you longingly from his cell with an inexplicable sadness in his eyes, but will aboslutely deny it. 

"I know you wouldn't invade Midgard simply for power. I know you are above that, Loki."  "It is 'my Prince' to you. And, I'd rather you stick to your duties as just my wife." 

💕Smut?: Sure, if you hide it from Odin's knowledge. Lots of degradation, though. You can see the apology on his face, feel the desperation on his touch and hear the veiled sadness is his piercing words. His body language is begging you to stay, yearning for you and hoping you'd understand. Once it's over, he won't even look at your eyes knowing if he does, he can't be mean to you. What hurts him should make him stronger. 

TR Loki: After he shockingly discovered his mysterious survival, he ran back to the palace in search of you. But got to Odin first and.. y'know. He's successfully avoided any romance with you thanks to his disguise, but yearning is on the double when he sees the depth of your devotion. 

"All-Father, I wish to petition a statue on my... late husband's behalf. Of him, of what he's done for Asgard."  "He's a traitor and a convict."  "Who gave his life in atonement. It was a misguided atte-"  "Misguided!? Is that what you call acting against the Hlidskjalf? He invaded Midgard and took innocent lives!"  "And paid for it with his own. I beg your reconsideration, All-Father."  *After a long, scrutinizing pause* "The council will decide." "T-thank you, All-Father."  *Loki as Odin looks at you bow and retreat, sadness in his eyes* 'Oh, my love, how do you still love me after all I've done to you?' 

After evading death by planetary destruction and back in the Statesman hale, healthy and alive, he makes up for earlier. You refuse to accept, still feeling bitter, but Loki has his ways ;) 

💕How so? 👀: As I said, making up. For dayyyys. Lots of apologizing, lots of begging and even the occasional spanking. Many, many rounds even. Thor is quite concerned. Wait, why is Loki carrying you everywhere, can't you wal- OH.
